Pleasant stay and great location”
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The staff were polite and the location allowed us to walk to a nearby local market as well.

Always a good stay”
We have stayed here twice and we like it. Very comfortable beds. Great view. Friendly staff. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from Art Street.

Great value”
The location is slightly awkward if you don't have a car -- if you do have a car there shouldn't be any problems. The parking lot is a little cramped but the room was clean! Great value for its price!

Exceptional location and services”
The arsty and stylish hotel is a great location to base your stay on the south side of Jeju island. Allowing access to both the West and Eastern views and tourist attractions - its prime spot to spur you onto greater adventures. The lobby and layout is slick and has a touch of artistic flair - carried over into the rooms which are well appointed and airy. If you're able to get a view of the water from your balcony it enhances your stay and gives you a view do the sun setting over the water and islands. The clean and accessible rooms are an ease to stay - with desk and modern bathroom as well. You can wander up to the roof to see a 360 view of the city or even soak in the jacuzzi there. Parking is available for those of us who drive around the beautiful Island. I highly recommend the stay for couples and adventurers alike.

Location is great. Check in/out process are quick. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is really nice. Breakfast is a bit poor but acceptable. Overall, ill come back

Good enough”
We had 2 rooms for 5 of us and stayed there for 5 days. Rooms were clean spacious enough, cleaned everyday. Since we got rooms with offer, they provided us 2 breakfasts. Breakfast was tasty, same food for these two days, a lot of korean dishes like 비빔밥 and 제육볶음, some western options too. Problems we had with parking, in the evening it was quiet hard to find a place and we wanted to take jacuzzi on a rooftop but it happened to be broken during our stay. Overall good experience!

Everything was good during my stay, except air conditioning coz I dunno how to adjust it, end up open the window, enjoy the winter night.

Hotel was normal. Be mindful of the weather in Jeju as the location is at the other end of the Island. Faced difficulties getting to the Island due to heavy snow.

Old and unfriendly and you get a room that is left not what you booked ”
Beds are awfully hard and uncomfortable, the sheets feel bad. Dirty floor and reusable slippers. The staff seem.....they really don’t care. No smile, never a hello just a glare or a smirk. It is a very inexpensive hotel. That should usually excuse most things but the guys at the front will keep me from ever going back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pillows are really uncomfortable and when I requested for another type of pillow, staff told me to use the ‘cushion’. Mind you, I will be staying almost a week in here and to hear that was just ridiculous. Room cleanliness is ok but the toilet wasn’t. Had white watermarks on the shower floor and the sink was blocked. There were like 3-4 mosquitoes in the room when I arrived. What an unpleasant surprise. More like a 1 star motel it seems.

Budget hotel with carpark”
If you like to use the rooftop hottub, please take note that it is additional charge. Multi storey Carpark but limited parking lot. If no parking, the staff will direct you to the alternative parking lots. Overall it is simple hotel for a quick good rest for your trip

Great ocean view and good location”
But the room itself could be cleaner. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the view and balcony from the Deluxe Partial Ocean view room we got.
