Great value for money”
Free coffee 24 hours a day at the lobby, friendly staff and clean rooms, overall a great experience. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only reservation was the fact that their 1,000 yen parking cannot fit "3 number" vehicles in Japan. It will fit kei jidosha and 5 number vehicles but there are many public parking lots nearby.

If you want a more local experience you will find everything here. Great places to eat and some big shopping centers. It’s about 40 minutes from Shinjuku and you’re well on the way to visiting some great places like Mt Fuji, Hakone and Nagano etc. I really enjoy the Hachioji area

I asked for a silent room and I got it. The desk was very spacious. Desk chair was very good quality. Bed was good, but because of my tallness (189cm) it was a bit getting used to, but comfortable after all. They provided anything I needed. Hot water cooker, bath tub , spaceous room for Japanese standards. Best hotel on my trip.

Pros: - great location near Keio-Hachioji station - free coffee - clean and comfortable beds - quiet - simple check-in procedure - 11am checkout Cons: - could have more amenities available - couldn’t adjust the room temperature due to their covid policy (not a big problem as the room temperature was ok)

Just drop for short one night, the location easy to find, The car park service also good (for small car only) Next the station, eating and drinking, happy hour or shopping good place for me.

Suitable for air travellers”
Right in front of the hotel, there is a bus stop from and to Narita and Haneda Airports. Truly convenient. Also, there are 3 convenient stores nearby (less than one minute on foot). MRT is also just across the hotel. The only thing we were not satisfied was the bed size for two persons. It was rather small, smaller than a queen size bed. While we ordered a room for two pax. It seemed that size of the bed provided was just semi double bed, not really a double bed.

The hotel has started accepting people who have tested positive to Covid-19 with mild sysptoms (I assume) for quarantine from last week. If you are negative I would personally would not recommend staying until the emergency declaration period in Tokyo has ended. (written June 5th 2021)

Walkable from Hachioji station. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The room was Japan's standard.

Good location, convenient. However, the room has no temperature control so it was cold sometimes. The room was too small and had no storage, it was hard to open suitcases.

Decently sized rooms ”
Was here to watch the IFSC Boulder World Cup. The hotel is right outside Keio Hachioji station and is cheaper to get to Hazama station than from the main Hachioji station. Aircon in the room cannot be controlled in the room, it is centrally controlled but it didn’t bother us at night. Could be a bit stuffy during the day. They had free donuts between 5pm - 9pm 😁 Outside there is Lawson’s, 7-11, Family Mart and Mister Donut 👍

Central air conditioner”
The air conditioner in the room was controlled by the hotel. You couldn't control the temperature at all. It was hot during the stay, but the air conditioner kept sending the warm wind. When calling to the counter for help, the staff said I could only turn off the air conditioner to stop the heater. The hotel has ages and I could smell the smoke slightly once for a while. Maybe it's because all the air conditioner in each room were connected.

Great stopover”
Just had one night in town. Seemed like a terrific central hotel for a solo traveller someone on business.. Bed was comfy and room very quiet. The bathroom was small but efficient, almost like being on a train. The breakfast buffet was a bit dull but i ate a great deal as start to a long travel day. The staff was very nice and the location right next to train station was amazingly convenient..
