A spacious room, free coffee facility at the lobby, very clean and new. Really enjoyed our stay! Shout out to May, the receptionist who went above and beyond in helping us checking in and out and making sure that we got on to our taxi with all our 3 luggages to the train station. We luved this hotel. Yes , the rooms are small but that is everywhere in Tokyo. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was good especially if you are a foreigner. The location was really good for getting to subway or jr stations. The reception was amazing they really go out of their way to help you with bookings etc and one of the girls May was just so nice and really helped us with anything we needed. We would definately stay here again .

This was our favourite hotel on our trip to japan, I loved the view, the breakfast and the location, the friendly and very helpful staff, the cleanliness. Thank you for having us back in October and becoming a memorable part of our trip to Tokyo.

clean and relatively spacious hotel for the price”
Hotel is just 5 mins walking distance from Shimbashi station. Quieter area compared to the likes of Shibuya and Shinjuku so nice to walk to and from hotel to the station without having to go through masses of pedestrians. Very clean hotel and one of the more spacious hotels in Tokyo. Has clever use of space where you can store luggage under the bed. Modern bathroom amenities with rain shower. Their double bed is the standard double bed, not the tiny Japanese ones, so you can comfortably fit 2 people. Highly recommend this hotel if you want some peace and quiet yet easy reach to a train station if you don’t mind it being a few stops away from the bustling part of town. Staff can speak good English so no problems with communication.

Convenient location and comfortable room”
The hotel is sort of tucked away on a quiet street, but within a few minutes walking, you can find many restaurants along the streets and enjoy the real hustle and bustle of Japanese day and night life. The hotel room is small, but clean and comfortable. The bed is of very good quality and comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff are helpful. They provide services to mind your luggage if needed. There is also a washing /drying machine on ground floor which cost only 300 JPY for one load of 3KG clothes. It's less than 10 minutes walk to train station, but with so much to see along the way, it felt like only a few minutes walk. Overall, it's a great place to stay at an affordable price.

Great location”
Fantastic location to Metro, JR and Odaiba light rail lines. Super comfortable bed. Hot shower. Awesome blockout blind for sleeping in! 11th floor very quiet. We stayed 7 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room and bed with ok-sized bathroom. 10 minute easy walk with luggage from JR Shimbasi station, 2 stations from Tokyo main station. I choose this hotel because it is new, have a bit larger room with breakfast at reasonable price. The breakfast facility is only one large table in the hotel lobby, which can fit around 10-12 people at a time. We came down at around 7:30am to avoid the crowd. Breakfast has some small selection of everything: soup, eggs, sausage several choices of breads but without heating facility. What I like the most is the espresso machine which is available for guests all day.

Many food options, comfortable stay”
Near many eateries and convenience stores. 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi train station. Along the way, we stopped at Lawson to pick up some food. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (800 yen/pax) but it is easy to find food options around the area. We had breakfast at a 24h udon shop just across the street and it cost only 850 yen for 2. Value for money and delicious. The room allows for about 1-2 large luggages to be opened at a time. I like the shower facilities. They provided shiseido products for showering and it is very fragrant. We requested for extra towels as we have 2 young children staying with us and it was delivered promptly. It would be good if the housekeeping staff noticed we had extra towels and automatically provided the towels when making up the room so that we do not have to request everyday during our 3 nights stay. Front desk staff are very friendly and polite. They can speak English too. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The staffs are very courteous and accommodating. Our room was also cleaned everyday. The location is a few minutes walk to Shimbashi station. They have free coffee and water at the lobby which is nice, as we did not spend more for water. We loved everything about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall a great hotel. Location was very convenient a few minutes walking distance to Shimbashi Station and close to convenient stores and local food restaurants. Rooms were average in size for Tokyo and the bathroom was standing shower only which was fine as it was still a slightly above average sized bathroom. Enjoyed the all day free espresso coffee at the lobby and the tea in the room. Only minor drawback was the one self-serve laundry machine. A second (or third) one would be nice considering the number of rooms for this hotel.

Very decent boutique hotel. Room is tiny but is pretty much the same as the other boutique hotels - it is suitable for one (or two) travelers without big luggage. Hotel facilities are basic without much surprise. Breakfast is again basic - can or can do without. Hotel is a ten minute walk from the JR Shimbashi station - the neighborhood is quiet (but safe) at night so you can probably get a very good rest.

The staff were excellent : friendly and helpful. Hence, there’s a cosy feeling staying here. Rooms were decent size Considering this is Japan. However, if you are 3 persons like us in a room, you may find there’s little space for your luggage. So I’d recommend booking the superior room - it has a little more space compared to the standard rooms. We stayed in both that’s how we know! There are lots of eateries around the hotel so it was very convenient ! Subway/train station - easy walk once you are familiar.

New hotel, good value but small rooms”
The B is a fairly new hotel. It has a friendly atmosphere, an outstanding location, and a good price. Just be aware that the room is small. Although this is true for most Tokyo hotels, I found this one to be (almost) too much. It was ok for my wife and I for 4 nights, but you barely have space to arrange your clothes. The rooms ending in "1" are slightly bigger. I would still recommend it, specially for the location.
