Amazing Location, Clean and Amazing Staff”
Cons: No microwave in rooms even at their designated laundry/vending machine and ice room. Would be nice to warm up food that you buy from convenience and grocery stores. Need closet space in smaller rooms. Would be nice to have refillable container for shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than having those small containers, it will be great for the environment. MANY Pros First: Location, Location, Location!!!! 3 minute walk from Shimbashi Station with at least 4 lines including the mostly used Yamanote line (even has an indoor underground access across the street to avoid rain), 3 minute walk to Ginza (2 blocks or just cross the train tracks) about 4 blocks to the street where they close the famous High End shop street on Sundays, Donki Ginza is 5 minutes walk, countless combinis (even have Lawson on second floor) Ichi**n, the famous ramen shop is just accross the Shimbashi station and the upscale version of the ramen place in Ginza is also few blocks aways.

My best staycation so far ”
location: walking distance from Shimbashi station, lots of restaurants nearby cleanliness : superb! staff : super friendly and helpful. I forgot my charger, just ask the front desk;) they have plenty for you to borrow. baby crib set up in the room free of charge on request. their responses were timely. room : great design. I particularly love the shade. when close 100% it’s so dark I can sleep until late. everything controlled by tablet by the bed

Telecommuting + Tokyo Tower”
I decided to stay there for work and I wasn't wrong. Awesome room facing the Tokyo Tower and a great view of the city. Big comfortable bed, strong coffee, a potent shower. I could pay to work at such a place again. One of my best stays in the city.

Lovely View and Strategic Place”
If you ever come to Tokyo, this would be one of the best hotel. The lobby already on 18th floor, so, basically, you will see the best view. North or South, both ends have great view to offer. Enjoy!!

Cannot recommend more for a place to stay for business trips, sightseeing in and around Tokyo.. reasonably priced but spectacular value for money as everything feels like still brand new!

Best Stay in Tokyo”
Best hotel! Friendly staff, exceptionally clean, gym was nice for a workout, and the view was breathtaking of Tokyo. My daughter loved the piano she could play in the lobby. Close to subway, restaurants and Ginza. Will stay again!!!

Amazing views, brand new, great value especially during GoToTravel”
I had the opportunity to stay here for 1 night, very close to Shimbashi station as well as a number of other lines. Amazing sunset views of Tokyo and Mt Fuji from the lobby. Room was compact but well appointed, with a super comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the separate bathtub and washing space, which many Tokyo hotels lack. Service was courteous and professional. I could only imagine that if it wasn't for Covid, the lobby restaurant and bar would have been much more lively, and would have made it feel more festive during this holiday season.

Almost perfect ”
Everything is good like location, beds, bathroom, breakfast and so on. But I felt little bit sad. Cause one front desk lady started sanitizing as soon as I rose from lobby sofa.

Lovely Hotel, Aptly Named”
Very nice modern hotel but despite being on a high floor, the passing trains could still be heard --which is why I gave a lower score for price for value. While the room itself was nice, I didn't think that 40,000 ¥ per night was justified. That being said, you can look at my full review with pictures under "tokyokian" on Instagram.

Nice hotel good for value”
Ideally located in the center of Tokyo. Very convenient near Uchisaiwaicho subway station. Very clean and equipped with nice facility and amenities. Nice view from the room and front and good size of the room. One thing missing is the restaurant which doesn't serve any meal due to the corona virus. Otherwise excellent hotel for this price that I want to recommend to any of you!

Nice views”
Close to the train station for travelers moving around on rail. For business travelers who travel by car, not the best parking options. But, very clean and great views.
