We had a good trip there”
The facilities are quite good for a trip with family, except that there is no wardrobe in the room. Then, we have to put the stuff on the floor. However, it is not a big deal. There are fully equipped facilities which you may need such as stove, rice-cooker, microwave, etc. There are also restaurants, fast food, convenience store , etc right outside of the resort. The only way you can get there is to rent a car and drive by yourself. However, it is totally worthy to rent a car and experience Jeju island with your own drive. Highly recommended to this place. PS: the staffs are very nice (we use Korean in conversation, so I have no idea how much they can use English). But, I think, it is not a big deal.

Very Very Nice accomodation”
Nice place and bright view, that's location also good for us. and the beds are very wide, our family including our young boy( 3 years old) were taking a sleep with comfortable.

Stayed here 3x this year alone. It is convenient, well priced, has AC, great bbq down the road, is on an Olle trail, nice and quiet too.

Location is good! The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The AC makes the room very comfortable. If you want a larger towel, bring your own. French toast breakfast was good.

Peaceful location”
The hotel located at a very quiet location and it's perfect for anyone who is looking for a quiet vacation. Located near the Seongsan Ilcubong and the jetty to Udo Island. Free breakfast for two and taste very delicious too.

Great location. all beds have pee pads on them, so if you have kids this might be good.... hotel requests positive reviews in the elevator for free nights.. so review score may not be so accurate.

not too bad but not really good”
staff were so so. swim pool was too clean but not dirty so so. room clean service was bad. only change used towel and bottles of water. no change blankets and cleaning.

Hello, we're at the DeForgrace Resort. There are no chairs and desks in the room. There is a common kitchen on each floor. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Too far afield and no English”
I think this hotel is fine if you speak Korean and have a car but otherwise it is quite remote so if you want to be where the restaurants are, you should opt for something toward the center of town. Front desk staff's English is very limited as well so getting help and advice isn't possible. Also, whats the deal with the tiny towels?

안녕하세요. 고객님 ^^ 더포그레이스입니다. 여행 오시기 전 고객님께 공항에서의 거리와 시간 그리고 버스노선, 요금 안내 드렸던 기억이 납니다. 저희 리조트는 위치상 렌트차량이 없을 시 다소 교통이 불편하실 수 있습니다. 그리고 한국의 정서와 문화를 느끼기 위해 여행을 오시는 거라면 기본적인 한국어공부를 하는것도 좋지 않았을까하는 아쉬운 마음이 드는군요. ^^ 영어로 안내가 부족했던 점 죄송합니다. 직원교육에 힘쓰도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
Not at all what was advertised on Agoda ”
Overpriced, appears and is advertised as if property is on the beach, however the nearest beach is several miles away. Advertised free breakfast included, but for my family of four we only received two free breakfast and was told after check in that we had to pay for the other two. Disappointed in the deception.

Not so clean”
Definitely not the cleanest, there was marks all over the cabinets and the floor. “Spot cleaning the room basically.” Also found hair on the bath towels before we even touched them. This is more like a motel.

You can meet the worst service in Korea”
I hope you to be more careful when you choose hotel for happy trip and watchout the male staff, you may easily realize whom I said when you talk to him. You cannot ask anything if he is there, never.

Hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful in every way possible. The breakfast everyday was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. Being so close to the beach, coastline was ideal. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

So-so, not the best location.”
It was an average stay. The location of the hotel is quite remote and quiet, the way back to the hotel at night is very dark. But the room is very spacious, and amazing lovely sea view right in front of you. Big swimming pool that will be great for kids in the summer. The staffs cannot really communicate well in English.
