Great spa escape. View from the lounge, serene, ceiling high window lake view and ofcourse fireworks”
This is a spa resort. Very nice hotel, clean of course with japanese standard. Breakfast is excellent, plenty of variety international dishes as well as japanese type. Hot meals, cold breakfast are all delicious. Variety and quality of food are excellent. Onsen spa is a must try. They changed it with the male onsen spot every other day. Skin care options are splendid. Rooms are big, very nice view to the lake and clean. My families even directly stating coming back and does not want to continue the journey once we settled in this very nice hotels. :) We tried the kaiseki dinner as well. Quality of the food is good, they need to speed up the serving a bit, coz waiting time between meals takes our firework watching. Should have ordered the 5.30 pm meals instead the 6 pm. It takes more than 2.5 hours to finish the kaizeki dinner. Enjoyed our stay there. For lunch there are many eateries just close to the hotel.

Great view of lake toya !!”
This hotel exceeded my standards totally !!!! My group and I settled for a high floor on the 7th floor!!! Do pay a little extra for the high floor and you will find it will be totally worth it!!! got a room right smack in the middle of the hotel so had views from left to right of lake toya!!! rooms is huge with the ample space to move around!!! buffet is a really wide spread!!! comparable with 5 stars hotel buffet spread!!! do look out for the fireworks everyday at 8.45pm. it last from left to right of lake toya!! if u have a room on the high floor then watch it in the comfort of your room!!! on the top floor there is the public onsen for female and male as well but if u wan a private onsen its chargeable as well for only 50 mins but must be reserved in advance. a pity we only stayed 1 night as we were driving across hokkaido but will definitely stay there again if we passed through that area.

Easy to get here via free shuttle bus from Sapporo station which you need to book in advance. Was welcome by staffs upon arriving at the hotel and the check in was fast and easy. Room looks exactly as per in the pictures provided. The room was spacious, modern/japanese style, clean and has lots of amenities. The view from the room and the buffet restaurant were spectacular. We were able to get a clear view of Mount Yotei and Lake Toya during our stay. There was fireworks display at night as well which was great. We were able to see the scenic view of the lake and mountain from the private onsen. The temperature of the onsen can be adjusted as well. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer a lot of varieties from japanese, western to chinese. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and wished it could have been longer.

Relaxing stay with great food ”
Room was splendid and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable and we had great rest there. Nothing much to do around the hotel, so a one-night stay is probably enough. Food served at breakfast and dinner were of high quality and staff were wonderful and did their best in every way. Convenient to get to JR Toya station as bus stop is just opposite the hotel main entrance.

Did not disappoint! ”
I read some comments that it becomes crowded here as this is a popular hotel in Lake Toya area but it was alright when I was there during non-peak in early Mar. We were hungry as we arrived late at 8pm, but the hotel staff swiftly ushered us into the dining area. The buffet was mindblowing (esp the beef and sushi) given that it was complimentary! The room was spacious and well-equipped. There were about 3 onsens (incl one infinity rooftop) which were too hot for me to soak for long. Clean and peaceful. Breakfast buffet was good too. Do not that they provide free transport back to Sapporo but you have to book earlier online, not when you reach there.

No other place to compare”
Our stay was perfect to the very single detail; the view in the room is breathtaking; room is huge and very clean; you are given so many clothes to wear as you wish(yukata , “working” clothes and pajamas) and fresh ones every night; great selection of buffet; staff is helpful and location is great for fireworks; The toilet is a bit smelly don’t know why and one of the staff in the front desk was kind of rude when she hears English and just pointed us to another staff without even a smile, quite surprised

Great Lake View with Superb Onsen”
The view of the room is just facing the lake. Room is large and clean. The onsen is my favorite, I tried the private onsen and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I was not felling good is the check-in waiting time is long since there were so many people arrived at the same time with the bus.

Very nice resort with many good facilities ”
This is the best resort that I have ever stayed, the outdoor Onsen was perfectly facing the Usuzan if I am not wrong and they have different pools even with apples. They have spa and karaoke as well as offer free dinner and breakfast. In addition, only 2 mins to The Illumination Tunnel, every staff was helpful and cheerful. Opposite the resort, there are drug store, minimart and also some places for food. Overall, very satisfied with this nice resort, pretty sure every couple will like this place especially the Japanese Western Room.

The only hotel you should stay in the area”
It was an exceptional experience the moment we arrived - check in was smooth and the front desk receptionist politely explained everything required. Despite the price tag, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The buffet selection was great and the view from the hotel room of the riverside fireworks in the evening was fantastic! The onsen experience is also a must try 👍

Nice resort hotel”
We drove to the hotel and were welcomed by nice staff who helped with parking and our luggage. The room was very spacious and facing the lake. The lake view was really nice! Don’t miss the fireworks at 20:45 daily in Apr to Oct. There were wide selection for both breakfast and dinner buffet, but it would be much nicer if there was seafood in dinner. Highly recommended!

Beautiful sophisticated hotel”
The hotel is right by Lake Toya and the view is so beautiful, both from the lobby and the room. Our room is the Western Japanese room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great onset facility. Dinner was quite good, although for the price we would prefer having a kaiseki dinner rather than buffet. Breakfast is good, with very good view of Lake Toya and Mt Yotei. Just across the street is the Illumination Tunnel, which is a beautifully lit at night. Overall, we will stay here again when in Lake Toya.

Amazing onsen resort”
Absolutely fantastic lakeside views. This was a very memorable stay with the highlight being the rooftop onsen. Located on level 8, your problems will melt away as you enjoy soaking in the hot spring while it's windy and snowing from above, all the while taking in the beautifully serene lake view. Highly recommended!

Superb view and facilities”
The room was very spacious and came with a fascinating lake view. At night, I could see the fireworks display (summer time only) over the lake from my room. The indoor public bath was very spacious too. The outdoor rooftop public bath is a must-visit.

Best hotel in Toya”
Great service from the staffs, very nice hot spring, super nice view, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. Will definitely stay again when coming to Lake Toya.

Perfect to spend a night here”
Room is spacious with a good view on lake toya. The outdoor onsen can view the amazing lake. Food is not as many choices as we expected. But all is fresh and tasty.

Good Buffet for dinner and breakfast, and a nice view from the restaurant. It also have hot spring and private spring. Book through the hotel lobby.

Excellent Service”
Rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean , with stunning view of the Lake Toya. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful! We bought some fruits to the hotel and asked for a knife for cutting. They eventually helped us cutting all of them and returned us a very beautiful fruit platter! We are truly amazed by their service!

Very attractive package”
The resort offers a very attractive package. It includes unlimited access to onsen, sumptuous buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The view from onsen is nice, especially on a clear day, you could enjoy the view of snow capped mountain while soaking in hot bath. The public bath is very clean and spacious, however, we think that the private bath could be better maintained. We enjoyed our stay there especially on the second day, where we could watch the entire firework show in our room. The buffet spread is exciting, however, the menus were the same on both days of our stay. The special dish for our second day stay was not impressive. Overall we had a great experience staying here, very convenient and enjoyable. Would recommend to friends who want to unwind with hot bath and good food. Appreciate if the special dish is more interesting so that guest would not mind staying for a few more days.

The best period to book is between Mar to oct when there is fireworks. You can see them in room or Lobby. Buffet spread is ok
