Great Location! Nice View! ”
Room and facilities are clean and new. Location is amazing, within 5 to 15 mins driving distance to every major attractions, shopping malls, convenience stores and restaurants. The view from my room was definitely a plus. Look out from the window, the great size of picturesque Mt. Fuji just right in front of the room. The only downside is the room size which was a bit smaller than my expectation, but that didn't really cause much problem.

Excellent hotel with unobstructed views of Fuji”
This hotel is in a good location between the lake and Mt Fuji. Close to the Churieto Pagoda. Strong wifi in the rooms. I was able to stream the football in the room from my mobile. Got the Mountain view room and Mount Fuji is unobstructed from the fourth floor. The onsen is huge and clean with next to no one using it. I would recommend and stay again. Make sure you visit the nearby Moose Hill burgers - up there for the best burgers not only in Japan but abroad too. Forget about he pancake shop below the hotel for overpriced coffee out of a machine.

Great place to stay”
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, room is clean with amazing view of Mt. Fuji and services are great. will definitely recommend this place!

We love the Fuji mountain view from the room! We could even comfortably enjoyed the sunrise with fuji mountain view in our room. Would definitely visit again !

Loved this place ”
This place was very convenient place to stay. It had a lawson right next to it and close to the toll way exit. It also was close to the Lake Fujikawaguchiko. When I stayed unfortunately the onsens were closed I think due to covid.

Excellent View of Mt Fuji”
I love the majestic view of Mt Fuji from my hotel room! However, the distance from Lake Kawaguchiko Station is slightly inconvenient to walk especially with luggage. Would be great if the hotel provides some sort of shuttle service. Aside from that, the entertainment room & onsen bathroom (gender separated) are very clean and well maintained. I like how the bath areas are very partitioned to provide that privacy, usually not crowded (for female onsen room), I had the whole bath area to myself during one of the night of my stay! The verdict : I would recommend this hotel to those who don't mind the walking distance.

Perfect view of fuji”
The view from the room is great! You get to see Mt Fuji. The onsen and sauna room downstairs are also enjoyable. I was the sole person using the facilities!

Many restaurants around the hotel and a big supermarket and 100 yen shop in the mall. Just one thing bad is u have to book the breakfast buffet in advance, or else u can’t walk-in.

I thought it's a good location, not far from the train station. Surround by many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff are very nice. A great experience overall.

it has onsen and massage chair for relaxation after a long day walk, around 20 mins walk to the station, worth the stay if you don't mind it or have a car

Incredible unobstructed view of Mount Fuji”
The room was very spacious and clean. Check in is very late (4PM) but check out is too early (10 AM). Public bath was closed because of COVID. Gorgeous mountain view from the room.

Good onsen hotel”
It is not traditional onsen hotel, so it doesn't offer any onsen dinner. That being said, its Main Building is beautiful and new with pretty big / clean rooms. Its location is roughly 1.5Km from the train station, so it is pretty easy to get to even if you do not drive.

Only thing missing air conditioning”
Grea location, reserved a room with mount fuji view and did not disappoint the only disappointment was the air conditioner it was nonexistent. They have central air conditioning which means you can't change on room. At the moment they have the heater on (at least that is what it says on the rooom control) and my room was very hot even when I could not feel the air blowing. Open small window but not enough until it got a little bit colder during the night. That was the only failed I found.
