Awesome getaway for our anniversary!”
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate Halloween and our anniversary. The room was fabulous with an excellent view of the city. We also enjoyed the adorable & spooky Halloween themed afternoon tea in the Lobby Lounge; a perfect balance of sweet (with bat macarons and fondant ghosties on a crescent moon cookie) and savory (with mini ghostie pizzas and mini monster hamburgers!) . All in all it was an unforgettable experience and we hope to come back~.

Value for money”
It was over our normal budget, but I made a good decision. That is how I felt staying at this hotel. Starting from dropping off our luggages, checking in and the tour of our room. The room interior was beautiful and well maintained. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hot spring (with fee) was located a bit away from main facility (still connected though), but worth visiting. It is the natural hot spring coming from deep underneath the hotel. It was a wonderful special time we had there. Only thing was that the top floor was the smoking bar, so I did not go in. I would like to try some of their restaurants next time.

Great staycation”
Booked Corner Room with Tower view and it is an amazing stay. Room size is big and very comfortable. You can turn your bath into a jacuzzi and that is one of my favorite part of the room! Service is good and they are very attentive, no intimidating feel. Would stay again!

New Years bash!”
We spent our New Years at the hotel. It was amazing. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The scenic bar on the 33rd floor was great to experience, drinks are a bit pricey and there is a cover charge but totally worth it. There are also several restaurants and amazing amenities such as a bowling alley or onsen that it made the stay wonderful. Outside the hotel it was a great location for accessing transportation and close to a lot of must see. The temple right next to it was an amazing experience for New Years. I highly recommend.

Very quiet and nice hotel with Tokyo tower view in the room. Their facilities (charge) are very well managed and clean. Will recommend to family and couple travellers to enjoy the stay in Tokyo.

I dropped my phone on the taxi leaving from the hotel and Yoko (not sure about spelling) helped me a lot to find it back! Definitely a warm experience and I really appreciate the team that supported me :) The room was very clean and the view was so beautiful! Tokyo tower was right in front of us and you can see the amazing view from balcony. The only concern was that the hotel is a bit far from the station but they provide free shuttle to the nearest JR station which solve the problem!

I used to stay at the Tokyo Prince Hotel since 1968. I change to the Prince Tower since it's opening. I love this Hotel. I stay in April and October.

Best Tokyo Hotel so far”
Started off rocky. They accidentally gave me a smoking room but upgraded me after the mistake. The view was breathtaking! Amazing staff, comfortable bed and very clean facility. The restaurants and food is a little pricey but there is a Lawson attached to the hotel

Cosy Hotel”
Very luxurious room with a view & half hourly free shuttle bus to subway & Hota bus terminal for day tours. The dinner at the BriseVerte was value for money for Michelin star chef from Naples but the StellarGard should have a smoke free area for dining to view the Tokyo Tower. They should allow anyone dining in either venue to cross over to enjoy the views of both sides & to take photos

The room was delightful but an old school take on opulence. It was a experience none the less and would say for the price it was a worth wild experience. Beware that many other options may satisfy your stay.
