Perfect stay”
We landed at 1am and seamlessly made our way to the hotel and crashed straight away. The staff are very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. We forgot a piece of our luggage rushing to leave the next morning but they found/keep it for us so we could collect it later. Particularly if you are landing late and it’s hard to get to the city, this is where you should stay since it’s literally in the international terminal.

This was a great place to stay getting in at 1am & leaving early too we opted to stay here 2 nights both before & after travelling around Japan. Access to the city is easy & the view of Mt Fuji was the most wonderful surprise! We would recommend & stay again.

The staff were so helpful! ”
I had very limited time but the staff were so helpful that I can managed to send several posts / print some document and check-in safely. The room was nice with spacious bathtub great for those tired from business and traveling. The location is the best if you are going to use international flight from/to Haneda. It would be even better if they allow people arrive by car to get in directly to the hotel not through the airport. Anyway it wasn’t a long walk so you will be fine even if lots of luggage. Thank you so much for your help today.

Best location ”
I needed to get PCR test for overseas travel. That testing station was first floor at the same terminal. My friend came to hotel by train which the station was ground floor. This hotel was super handy for me. And also room was very clean and staff were all lovely. Thank you so much

Great hotel if you are stuck at the airport”
Hotel is located on the 3rd floor of terminal 3 at Haneda airport. We had a long layover and reserved a room to get some sleep. The price was much better than the other hotel at terminal 1. The room was clean and exactly what we needed.

Excellent! Location Location”
If you are flying international flight from Haneda, highly recommend this hotel to stay before flight especially you have redeye flight or early morning flight. Facility is clean, you can use the hotel restaurant or there are many good restaurant choice in Haneda airport before security.

Refresh before your flight ”
I had a very early flight and I was staying far from the airport and trains didn't run that early. So I booked an overnight stay. Once again I had to pay an extra 8% due to city tax which I still don't understand why as not all accommodation asks for this. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was super compy and it's right inside the International Terminal. Many shops and restaurants were closed, some there were a few that stayed open because they had flights leaving all through the night. Out of all the accommodations I stayed in, this was the priciest but that could be because of where it is and because of the star ranking. I still liked it, the staff were very friendly.

For the location at the airport, the room is very quiet and spacious also. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. If not for my tight travel schedule, I would have loved to stay longer. Even though there is a lot of construction going on around the area, the hotel itself is extremely quiet. All the staff are also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good as well.

Super location”
It is connected to the International Terminal at Haneda Airport. After the long flight, it is great to be able to just walk to the hotel without waiting. Staffs are very courteous. I was able to see Mt. Fuji from my room. You can easily take advantage of the airport facilities(restaurants and stores). I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Comfort at a right price”
After arriving from or before departing for intercontinental flight it is refreshing staying in a comfortable room near the corner and Royal Park offer just that at the right price, the restaurant nearby is satisfying as well

Great stay at the airport”
I had a flying visit to Tokyo for one night and decided to book here. The hotel is right behind the check in counter row. A train to the city and back is very convenient. The room is quite spacious for the hotel standard in Tokyo. Though I stayed at the airport but I don’t hear the airplane at all. Highly recommended.

Perfect location”
The Royal Park has to be one of the easiest hotels to locate in a major international airport. Right there in the corner on level 3 (departures). Carts loaded with luggage can be taken in and up to your floor in the lift. The room was small by North American standards but quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options are available. An overnight stay or perhaps at a push three nights would be fine. You can get a train or bus into central Tokyo.

Love this airport hotel”
I love arriving at this hotel after a late-night flight. Literally steps from arrival, inside the airport terminal. Even though the hotel is inside the airport the rooms are quiet. You can walk directly from the hotel lobby to the departure gate in 1 minute.

Location is great and room is so clean nothing like a American hotel ( if you paying same price) everything is new and amenities was great too.

Very convenient location especially for late arrival of flights”
I would greatly recommend this place that is within the airport already to save time if your flight is very early or if you are arriving late in haneda. The price is very reasonable as well and the staff are efficient.

Perfect for Morning Flight”
Reliable email correspondence, kept skiing baggage for 5 days prior to our stay and overall best location for a morning flight. Out their door and directly to flight check in. Best experience.

Stayed in this hotel for a night because I have an early flight. We bought breakfast, but managed to use it for dinner, which was fantastic. The hotel is connected to Haneda International Airport, there's a 24-hour Lawson in the airport, which means you can purchase any emergency neccessities. The room is clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay despite it being a transfer hotel.

When you think about its location, It's worth paying for whatever the rate they put on. This is my 3rd or 4th time to stay here and I'm always happy to be back.

Hotel located inside airport”
Easy to access from departure level of Haneda airport. Helpful for the tired traveler if you need a clean, well facilitated room. Rooms have basic toiletries, hairdryer and good WiFi. No gym though which is a shame. Rooms were clean and staff were polite and spoke good English.

Stauff are very kind and perfect location at the airport to access to the deperture and arriving! I always stay here when I got early flight!!
