Quality Stay in Tokyo!”
My family including my parents who are 70+ and 80+ traveled to Tokyo and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We are all very satisfied with the stay! Room is spacious and clean. There is a toilet light went off but once we communicated with the concerige, they just had it fixed when we went for dinner! The breakfast in awesome and you can choose 1 out of 3 restaurants but we turned out to stay in the same restaurant for 3 days because the food is great and has variety of choice! We chose to stay in twin rooms but not able to face Tokyo tower but a stream and a park which is also a great view! (We can see sunrise at our room too!) The price may be a but higher compared with other hotels in Tokyo but definitely worths it in terms of quality and service!

No hassle, pleasant stay and most comfy bed ever ”
Everything went so smooth and easy from beginning to end (I find this only applies to 80% of hotels) Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast, plush carpet, nice lifts and lobby area, we stayed in superior corner room, very spacious bathroom with window and 2 sinks & 2 stools. Bed was possibly one of the most comfortable I have slept in. PJs for the guests were from a fine thread count cotton and bed sheets the same. The TV has a section for guests to plug into the bedroom tv through their entertainment portal by HDMI or USb. Very nice stay, I highly recommend - staff were amazing. Always.

Luxury comfort”
We had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Shiodome over Christmas. Before arrival I had emailed the hotel concierge to assist me with a restaurant reservation at a popular sushi restaurant and they were more than helpful with the reservation. Our stay was very pleasant, the beds are extremely comfortable and amenities were well equipped. There are coin laundry machines available for 700 yen which was very useful for our trip. The hotel is minutes away from the JR and subway, and a short walk from Ginza. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel .

Possibly the best Hotel in Tokyo!”
My experience: First time in Tokyo and I thought the hotel was great! The hotel looked and for the most part offered 5 star services. I would probably call it a 4.5 star hotel. Only because there were a couple of things that prevented it from being a 5 star hotel i.e. no room service and the food selection at the restaurants were not great. I was able to upgrade to the premium floor for a minimal cost which included breakfast for two and allowed me to to check in immediately, 3 hours early. The room I stayed in was a suite and having stayed in hotels at Osaka and Fukuoka, at a similar price, I'd say the room was a good size. Special mention: Romain de Charnace from Front Office Guest Relations at the The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Shiodome. Honestly Romain really made my first visit to Tokyo extra special. If you need to make reservations to restaurants, I HIGHLY recommend Romain. You will not be disappointed! Very quick to respond and accommodates as best as possible. Thank you Romain!

Great hotel ”
The hotel is very well located in one of the best area of the very big city of Tokyo. Rooms are very well equiped and well cleaned. Breakfast is amazing as well as the Japanese restaurant at 25th floor. The views from the rooms, the breakfast and the Japanese restaurant, are stunning. Staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Spectacular hotel!”
Love the location, love our beautiful corner suite overlooking the Tokyo Tower. Staffs were very helpful and organized. The Chinese restaurant was great with amazing wagyu beef, the best abalone fried rice and a very accommodating waiter. Our suite was very spacious and beautiful with spectacular views. We have complimentary drinks from the refrigerator as well as hot drinks (Keurig). Limousine bus stops at the hotel. The location is very beautiful with lots of skywalk ways. Very close walking distance to Ginza. Love this hotel!

One of our favorite hotels in Tokyo”
With quick underground access to Shimbashi station and loads of cafés and restaurants, this is the perfect hotel for quick Tokyo getaways. Unless stated otherwise, you won't get much of a view, but the room is smartly designed and spacious enough for two people to spend a few days without feeling too cramped. In addition to the standard fridge and kettle, the room has cutlery, a few dishes, wine and champagne glasses. The gym is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. We've already stayed there a few times and we keep going back despite the large selection of other very good hotels nearby.

Excellent Hotel”
Great location. 4 blocks away from Ginza area and above two train/metro stations that have most lines you will use te get around. Is also above a shopping center if you need anything from clothes to medicine and food. Rooms are super clean, spacious enough-not your typical mini tiny Tokyo room. Is not luxurious per se, but has a luxurious feeling about it. So you get value for your money overall. Staff is cordial and will help you if you have questions. Has only one bad thing. Laundry room has just 6 washers (not enough for the amount of guests the hotel hosts), and is right next to the smoking area. Our clothes ended up smelling like cigarette smoke which we cannot stand. I recommend moving one of the two areas away from each other. Better ventilation for the smoking place and at least 10 more washing machines. Yes I recommend this hotel if you ate going to Tokyo. I will stay there for sure if I come back.

Excellent View! ”
Loved the view, and did not fail to crawl out of the comfy bed every single morning just to catch the sunrise. Rest assured, they have blinds for those who are completely vampires when they sleep. Staff was courteous, location was fantastic. Took awhile to find my way around the different type of train stations nearby, but i got the hang of it eventually. Room was spacious, only let down was the tv channels were limited, and the wifi will drop periodically. All in all, i'll return again if i have the budget!

We had 3 days at The Royal Park Tokyo Shiodome after a short stay at another hotel in Tokyo and a day at Kawaguchi-ko. We thought we would have a little luxury for the last part of our holiday and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate with great views towards Tokyo Bay. Staff were helpful with our questions regarding transfer to Narita Airport and advice regarding nearby restaurants. The hotel is very near 2 Metro/train stations being right on top of Shiodome station and a 5 to 10 minute walk to Shimbashi station. There are also good dining options within a 15 minute walk and a good udon shop just outside the hotel. Standard rooms are a reasonable size and well appointed as to be expected in a hotel of this calibre. All in all a very pleasant experience for the second half of our Japanese holiday.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, very clean room and quiet atmosphere around and within the area, multiple access to subway train, walking distance to Ginza shopping area and Tsukiji market. 4 star hotel.

Clean simple hotel great location for foodies”
Pros - extremely clean room always stocked well, amazing view (we got lucky) great location between shiodome and shinbashi stations so can choose either when travelling. Easy access from airport. Cons- no room service (offset by nearby cafes and restaurants). Also we cheated and used Uber eats when we got lazy. Room is a bit dated/worn. But prefer dated and clean to brand new and bad service. Staff were helpful but depends who was working at the time some struggled with English. Stay here for exceptional value for money.

Near Train station, at B2 got convenience store (Family Mart) Many restaurants around hotel and very good. The room is very good view I love it. Staff friendly and helpful. Very place to stay. I will go there again for next trip.

Every time I stay here, I am impressed with the facility and the staff. I've been coming to Japan every 3 months for many years and this is my best hotel as far as value for what I get during my stay.

We had an almost perfect stay (room, staff, location, lounge with live music! -all great!) so I'll limit it to the only criticism I have: being a large hotel, the dining room was a bit small and chaotic during breakfast. I'll stay there again when I can.

Best hotel for its location and convenience.”
The location just above the subway and nearby the train station is hard to beat. The facilities are first class and the staff is ever so friendly. Good room size and very clean. Walking distance to Ginza. And the fact that the limousine bus from Narita and Haneda stops at this hotel speaks volume of this hotel. Highly recommended. You will not regret it although its rate are slightly higher. You get what you pay for.
