Amazing staff, spotless rooms, good location ”
This place is modern and very clean with only a short walk from Nagahoribashi station. Also less than a 10 minutes walk from Shimsaibashi Main Street. There are some good coffee shops within walking distance. Lovely and friendly staff, fantastic common space, cool design, strong wifi and comfy atmosphere. The dormitory beds felt specious and provided a great amount of privacy. In the women’s powder room, they even supply a hair iron. Everything is on point. I’m sure that this is one of the best hostel I’ve been to so far. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. It's clean, the staff are very welcoming and the location is good, just a few minutes walk to the shopping area and the train station. If you are a solo traveller and a female, make sure to pick the dormitory for FEMALE Only for your own peace of mind. I made a mistake choosing the MIXED Dormitory. Thank God, the place is not that crowded so I was able to hide myself from my (boys) roommates. Other than that, everything is good. I will bring my whole family next time and try the family room.

Love the space!! ”
I slept in the female-only dorm and the beds/cubicles were really wide! It even had a small locker (with key) that also acts like a table top!!! And bonus!! A ventilation fan for each cubicle!!!! This was my first stay in Japan, and I'm really, really impressed. I can't help but compare my subsequent stays at other places with this one. The Stay is really hard to beat. I love (and miss) everything about it. One thing though, the card is needed to be with you at all times, even during shower so that you could get back in. I left it once :( I think it'd be better if the door locks both ways so a card would be needed to go out as well, that way it prevents being forgetful about it (the second hostel I stayed in was like this). Other than that, everything's lovely. :)

Nice and Safe Location”
Hostel is nice and location is safe and convenient and staff are nice, cheerful and helpful. Facilities are well equipped. Frankly, it is a 10/10 to us, we dont see any that disappoint me. We extended our stay for 1 more night, and will come back again for longer stay in Nov - which we usually have at least 2 weeks in Japan. Happy to have spotted this hostel. Keep it up. Gambatte!.

I have been in this hostel for 5days. It is really very good. The staff is also very nice, introducing me a lot of good restaurants. Look forward to next time in Osaka.

Very cozy!”
Location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. The place was sparkling clean. This was a surprise, especially when the bathrooms were communal. Place seemed brand new and was very welcoming. Staff were exceptionally friendly as well!

One of the best place to stay when in Osaka”
I stayed here with my friends last September 2019, what I love about this place is it's only a 2 minutes walk to and from Nagahoribashi station which had elevators. It's pretty convenient if you'll be carrying a big luggage. The place is also around 15 minutes walk to Dotonbori area and 1 station away to Shinsaibashi and Nippombashi station. Facilities are pretty new and clean. We booked the 4 people bunk bed room which is pretty spacious for 4 people compared to other hostels in the area. The shared bathroom and toilet are pretty decent and the pantry is big enough if you want to chill or eat with friends. I already recommended this hostel to a friend and she loved it too. I will definitely go back to The Stay Osaka on my next visit.

Booked for my friends. They love the place. It's clean and in the heart of Osaka. For conservative people, they might just have to contend with a shared bathroom with the same door for both male and female.

I like the location which is near the famous dotonbori street. I also like the cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere in the shared living room. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Really worth staying here!

Would have been great if my food hadn't been removed from the fridge before my checkout”
Location is great, near subway stations, but the nearest exit (which I supposed equipped with an elevator/escalator) is under renovation, which means you're gonna have to carry your luggages upstairs. I'm quite surprised at how spacious and comfortable the common space/kitchen are. The fridge is full of stuffs though. And even though I wrote my name and check out date on my food, they were removed the night before my check out, which pretty upset me (I was hungry, you know).

I got a private room that was very nice, feel like in a proper hotel, super clean and new, plus you have accès to a big kitchen and nice commun area, nicely decorated and very fonctional.

I recommend this hotel so affordable price. Convenient area near Nagahori station exit 6 , really clean, neat, big kitchen area, easy to cook, free teas, and comfi.

Good service and very beat metro station ”
Good breakfast they provide many food for you, very clean bathroom and room. Near metro station walk time 5-10minutes. The staff was so nice ( when I here there have a HK staff ) they are very talkative and very helpful for answering you many questions. Very recommend
