Great Hotel, Checkin was not great- Check Out was amazing”
When we arrived, we had three booking, one could not travel so we ask for refund, it was denied, the Check-In, staff on 18 March mid day (Filipino staff) who was there was less accommodating and full of excuses. I requested for a late check-out and she wasn't very accommodating either. Had so many excuses like she was more driven by policies and procedures rather than helping proactively. On the last day of our stay we requested for a late check-out with another reception staff (I think her name is Aliya or I could be wrong - but she is from Bangladesh) was amazing. Helpful and really friendly. She made me give you a five star rating. I kept the laundry for two days and it was never done. When I spoke to the same staff who was at the reception - same person who did the Check-In just said "I will check"but no further follow up. However I like the hotel and location, rooms are great; so for business will stay at your hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, and we liked the location of the hotel - not very crowded yet everything's a walk away. The staff was quick and responsive to guest's requests. We found the fridge seemed to be out of order so asked to check it, and when back at our room, it was well-functioning, and no other problems throughout our 3-night stay. Housekeeping was perfect as well, and having a bathtub in the room helped us to relax during our trip. We'd definitely choose this hotel again!

I always stay at the boulevard when I am visiting Sydney. The staff are so friendly and approachable. the rooms are always extremely clean. The cleaning staff were so welcoming and even pressed the button for me for the elevator. Just those simple things that make a persons day and having someone smiling at you makes its so much better. Never have a bad word to say about there Sydney boulevard.

One of best places to stay in the city whether it be for business or leisure. Stayed here with my wife to celebrate her birthday and the team over at the Sydney Boulevard went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations and it was perfect ! Excellent hotel. Located near most popular areas of interests. Very helpful staff. Spacious room and clean. Highly recommended ! There is a supermarket named "Metro" nearby. We only knew it a day before check-out. Good to get your stuff there.

Having looked at heaps of accommodation for a 3 day weekend, I landed on the Boulevard. What a winner, big rooms, great location and views, excellent staff and cleanliness. I reckon its an overlooked gem in Sydney. By the way the price was excellent for Sydney and blew a lot of the competition out of the water. I will be going back. An older hotel with a contemporary advantage.

Good value in an excellent location”
The staff were always helpful and the room was excellent. We would recommend the harbour view rooms, particularly those with Bridge views. The room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. We were within easy reach of everything and there were loads of restaurants nearby, both licensed and BYO. We would definitely stay here again.

Big, comfortable room with a view”
This hotel is not exactly in the CBD area but it's close enough. The room we stayed in was huge with an amazing city view. There is a grocery store across the hotel and cafes near it. There were several bus stops around it so going around Sydney will not be a problem. I would love to stay here again if ever I'm in Sydney.
