Great Stay”
We selected this hotel for the location and having laundry facilities in our room. The hotel staff at the front desk was very helpful. We had forwarded our bags from the airport and when we arrived, our bags were in our room already. They even helped us arrange for our luggage to be forwarded to the airport as well. Our room was spacious and very clean. We selected a non-smoking room but unfortunately a previous guest decided to use the bathroom as a smoking room which left a very bad smell in the bathroom. The lobby has all the amenities that you need for you to help yourself to, including the laundry soap. There is a small cafe at the lobby that specializes in the fluffy pancakes but we did not have time to try it. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the main Ginza shopping street. The subway stations are pretty much just outside the hotel or a couple of minutes walk. We definitely would recommend this hotel.

A super one in Ginza!”
Superb location! A few steps away from the Higashi Ginza Station and just around the corner from Ginza's main attractions. Room, lobby and surrounding areas are super clean. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My Moderate room was comfortable, convenient and worked perfectly for me. After I checked in, the staff told me that guests are welcomed to grab free toiletries and teas (i don't remember if there was coffee or not) to bring to your room, which I thought was a nice touch. Honestly can't think of any downsides about this hotel.

Ｗe were on business trip so arrived early (about 9am) and told will be back late(about 10pm), front desk thus gave us part of early checkin procedure, told us our suitcases will put into our room when the room is ready (around 3pm), and we only need to get keys when we back. This first impression n service was so warm to us. The room was quite big as the hotels in the central of Tokyo, with space to open 3-4 suitcases, tables, microwave and washing machine. The bed was nice for rest. Breakfast was very Japanese style and delicious, and the restaurant has the perfect view of the city. Location is wonderful. There is a nice cosmetic store just at the corner(30m). Can walk to Tsukiji market or Ginza area (both 10 min). Subway is nearby.

Everything is perfect”
Everything is perfect! This hotel has the perfect location, cleanliness, facilities, room amenities and most important of all courteous staff! I would definitely recommend Tokyu Stay Ginzal to all of my friends because it is really the best budget hotel that you can ever find in Ginza, Tokyo! Best value for money and never dissappoints! Thank you to all the staff, especially to the one who assisted us in during check in, good job!

Spacious, high value room at a fair price”
Most importantly to us we could store our luggage here before checking in. It is very close to a metro station. We stayed in a residential double and were very happy with the amount of space we had. A nice array of ameneties were available to us, though we weren't able to try them all since we were only staying for one night. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful when asking for directions. The bed was large and soft, a big plus for us. Clean property that looked well kept. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Can't beat this place in Ginza”
I stayed at this place in Ginza for 3 nights around Christmas time. It's a steal for what it is. I think I will not stay at anywhere else other than this place in Ginza. The location is literally 15 seconds walk to higashi-ginza metro station. And there's a bunch of other stations as well within 5 mins walk. This basically means you can directly go to *anywhere* within 15-20 mins. All of Ginza is very walkable. Plenty of restaurants/shops/convenience stores within 5 mins of walk. Tsukiji market is also within walking distance. The room is small, just like other hotels in Tokyo. It has everything you'll need. I highly recommend this place. I will totally go back.

Everything was good. Bed is nice and comfortable, space is a little bigger than normal hotels. 3 mins walk to nearest mrt but not direct to most tourist spot. Would need to change or walk further for ginza line. Facilities were great and free for you to choose at the lobby. TV was mostly in Japanese.

Great experience for first trip to Tokyo”
Absolutely no complaints. The location is great, right next to the subway, and both Tsukiji market (great for breakfast) and Tokyo Station are only a couple of blocks away. It's also right between Ueno and Shinjuku which was nice so I could easily get to both. The staff is warm and friendly and even helped me confirm an upcoming reservation in Kyoto since I don't speak Japanese. The room may be on the small size compared to western standards but perfect for a solo traveler who only needed a bathroom and a bed.

Lokasinya oke banget, deket dgn exit station yg ada elevator nya, meskipun ada hotel lain yg lebih deket sih. But if i have a chance to go to japan again, i will stay at this hotel again. Krn luas kamar nya pas, fasilitas pas, saya ambil kamar yg ada dapur dan mesin cuci nya, sangat membantu utk keluarga yg bawa kids/toddlers

I stayed here with my friend while we traveled to Tokyo city. Everything was excellent, so five stars to all measurable respects. Especially for travelers, this place enjoys walk distance to sightseeing places, subway stops, convenience stores, etc. Tokyo Stay Ginza's competitive price helped us saved the travel budget. On the other hand, I would recommend people to limit nights stay here if you are used to the spacious room and susceptible to privacy. I would keep this place on my travel book next time to Tokyo.

Good location & value for money”
Room was great! One of the best I stayed so far. Sufficient space (in Japanese standards) to open your luggage. And really loved that the room had a small kitchenette, a washer and even a microwave! Toilet was a good size too. Location was great too. Only two min walk from higashi-ginza station and 5 min from ginza station. I could get to Haneda airport easily with the express train on Asukusa line.

The Best until now on 2020”
Super low price. Fanytastic and clean rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. This was a 5+ Stars Stay for 1/3 of that price. Close to main subway stations, restaurants, shopping malls and many other facilities. Strongly recommend it.

Perfect hotel ”
Lovely room. Good size. Very comfortable bed. Our room had a washer/dryer so useful. Lots of goodies to help yourself to in the foyer. 1 minute from the subway. 10 minute walk to the amazing food market.

Nice location and good facilities”
Walking distance to subway (Asakusa line and Ginza line). Washing machine the room is a great help as it save our hassle to go to the laundry room and it is complimentary usage. Various amenities available at reception lobby to pick up whatever you need. Hotel breakfast is nice too!

It's located nearby 東銀座 subway. The front is professional and kind. The guest room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a nice experience to stay here.

Location is perfect as it is only less than 3 min walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. Very clean. ”
Short taxi ride to Tokyo Station which is very helpful especially if you have luggages that are difficult to carry around on a train ride.

Hotel with the best room facilities”
we stayed with 2 young children, the location was great in the middle of ginza surrounded by a mall close to ginza station. the amenities are very complete even they provide a series of skincare. The room is not too big but enough for 4 peoples dan 1 big suitcase, room facilities also good.

Perfect mid range hotel ”
For about 130 usd a night with taxes, everything was great. Free toiletries like bath salts, face masks, and soaps. Washer/dryer and microwave in room. I’m staying here again in the future when I need to be in Ginza.

They have washing machine in your room!!”
This is an awesome place to stay for both business and travel. I particularly like this Hotel because some rooms have washing machine included and that makes many things so comfortable. After a long day, just drop your clothes in the washing machine and they will be clean and dry in the morning. No need to struggle. Breakfast need to be improved but there bare coffee shops within walking distance.
