Excellent ”
I stayed here for 2 weeks due to work related moving. In-room Laundry machine is their great feature and loved it. Dryer doesn’t work as American’s one but it’s very quiet. (It took about 3hrs and still not really dry) No room cleaning service available due to covid but they can change room if you staying more than a week and if there is availability. Linen services are available. They hang new linens on the door knob 1-2 a week. Bed was comfy, bathroom is very clean, also there is air purifier, pants presser, microwave, mini fridge etc. I was going to stay at a vacation rental apartment but had concerns about covid, this hotel follows health instructions strictly. It’s very reliable and it was also very reasonable! I’m very glad that I stayed here. Highly recommended.

Ideal hotel location to visit all the tourist spots”
The hotel is only a few mins walk to shimbashi station with many lines to different tourist places and shopping. The area around the station is full of small restaurants and izakayas for the working adults, so no worries that you can't find anything to eat around this hotel. Room is very clean and equipped with induction cooker, microwave and a washing machine which is ideal for travellers staying long. Service was good and fuss free. I would definitely come back to stay when I travel to Tokyo again!

When in doubt, book a bigger room”
Everything is great at this hotel. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Location is central. It’s pretty close to the train stations. Room is quite small, but it’s common in Tokyo. They don’t make the bed or clean the room every day, but you get fresh towels everyday. We will definitely stay here again next time, but we’ll book a bigger room.

Convenient and clean”
Near the train station and many many eateries, yet not noisy at all. It was great to have a washing machine in the room and they also pass you a laundry tablet. No iron and board but they have a pants press...

Clean rooms with the convenience of a combination washer/dryer. Place your stuff in before you go to bed and wake up with freshly laundered clothing for the day. Close to Shimbashi Station, many great and welcoming izakaya, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet included in the adjacent restaurant.

Excellent hotel with washing machine”
An excellent value hotel in Tokyo located in an interesting area. Short walk from the JR Shimbashi station. Lobby serves good free coffee which is a plus. Room is relatively spacious and comes equipped with washing machine/microwave. Even have a bath wash facility. Breakfast was simple but definitely adequate. Recommended.

New and squeaky clean, prime location, nice breakfast. Loved the in-room washing machine! Very quiet too, never woke me up or anything and I’m a light-sleeper.

we were there only for one night, but we had a good stay. The hotel is new and clean. The buffet breakfast was really great. The location is so good.

Great room with washing machine”
Highlight of this room is the washing machine inside your room. There was also a microwave as well as refrigerator, an induction stove for cooking, a kettle and some other essentials like mugs, forks etc. It was like staying inside a studio apartment. Loved it.

Great Stay”
Comfy bed, bigger bathroom than most business hotels, and a washer/dryer. This is my second time staying here. The staff was friendly. The included breakfast was the best one I’ve ever had in a business hotel. I will likely stay here again.

great location, good price friendly staff”
Recommend for a long stay in Tokyo. There are private in-room laundry and free detergent. 3 minutes walk to JR station. The room is spacious compared to other hotels. Very friendly staff and can communicate easily with English.

A hotel that I will visit again and again”
Well located, close to everything (JR/Metro stations, restaurants, night life). Well equipped with a washing machine. Rate is reasonable and service is good. Breakfast is quite ok too.

Nice Hotel in Tokyo”
It is a surprise to have washing machine even it is a single room! Also there is microwave oven. The room is spacious compared to other budget hotels. The breakfast is okay, but i hope there would be more dishes offered.

Convenient location with many great food around”
Hotel conveniently located close to Shimbashi station. I even had a washing machine in the room with front desk offering packets washing powder as and when you need it. Highly recommended.

My room was able to see the view of Tokyo tower, there is washing machine and washing power was given. Good location too

The hotel was near shimbashi station. Very convenient to go to the station & there are many local restaurants.

The room is clean and equipped with a washing machine which is good for long staying people. The hotel is well located, close to the JR station and lots of restaurants. Staff are friendly and the service is good too.

Great bathroom facilities. Additionally, having a washing machine/condenser dryer in the room is a great when travelling for extended periods, albeit a little challenging to operate for a non-Japanese speaker (thank goodness for Google translate). Breakfast is very good with lots of choices available. Location is close to the Shimbashi station, making it easy to travel. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and singles alike, the rooms are an adequate size, though I would consider it to be a little squeezy for my requirements.
