Great hotel for Refreshing luggage!”
Modern, clean & quiet. Washing machine & kitchenette make this a great hotel for mid holiday as we were able to do our wash & dry, eat in. Great value breakfast. Luggage forwarding available & friendly staff. Selected for proximity to walk to Tokyo Dome, it was also only a short trip over to Shinjuku so would make a good base for a night or a longer stay. Highly recommend. Only tip for hotel, to include wall hooks in case washed clothes not suitable for dryer.

Friendly staff, short distance to stations”
The hotel is very near to both JR and Subway station, like 3 min walks. Surrounding by office building, will notice suited man walking around morning and evening. There is 24hrs restaurant, multiple convenient stores and McDonald, no problem access food anytime. Having washing and dryer 2in1 machine, is very convenient for those who like to wash their cloths daily.

This is one of the best hotels we have been to. The location is near to JR station, shopping malls, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel room has a stove and a washer/dryer installed.

Hotel was good for the value. Having an in-room laundry machine was a bonus. They provided free rental umbrellas which was a life saver during one of our rainy days here.

Pros: Location near tokyo dome !!!!!!! Staff's english is limited but the service is good. Washing machine with powder and microwave oven in room. The rest is good, up to japanese standards of cleanliness and functionality. Cons:room is super tiny so it's difficult to open ur luggage, especially if u have 2 large luggages.

Very nice hotel. The staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were well equipped with necessities. Location is convenient and close to the station, convenience shops, and restaurants along the main road. Washing machine inside the room is a huge plus.

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable, location was perfect: near the station and dome. My overall stay was better than expected. Will book her again.

Great room amenities, variety of breakfast menu, clean, value for money, decent sized room”
A few minutes walk from the JR Suidobashi station, Room has offered useful amenities including washing machine, microwave, sink, trouser press and etc. The breakfast is also great combined western style and Japanese style menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

1. This hotel we like it come with the washine machine 2. about 10min short distance walk from the Suidobashi Station 3. Many restaurant around, location is good 4. Room is clean , everything is ok! Recommended

Location is close to train station, Tokyo dome, Don Quijote, and lots of restaurants! Breakfast buffet is almost the same food all throughout our stay for 3 nights. Bed linens were not changed even once.

It will be great if the bed and toilet was cleaned every day. Other than that, lovely stay, pretty near the JR subway station.

During the two-week period, we booked three rooms. Each day, we clean the rooms ourselves and empty the garbage. A change of towels is provided on the 5th day when the cleaners come to clean the room. It was informed to us that there would be an additional charge for housekeeping on top of the rate for the room when we requested housekeeping. Front desk staffs are unfriendly. Rooms are very small. There is merely 3 sqm of space for movement in the rooms
