The staff members were very kind and the room was spotless. The location is really convenient and major places to visit are only a few stations away. There are also many convenience stores and places to eat within a few minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the washlet in the bathroom didn't work, but apart from that, it was nice and cozy. Just be warned that the walls are thin (you can hear people sneezing in the next room), so I wouldn't recommend it for very light sleepers.

A conference I attended was held in this hotel so I booked here. Glad I did because this was near Nagatacho station and Haneda Airport Limousine Bus station. Conference facilities were great. Breakfast was good. My room was big enough, the bed was firm and surprisingly wide. There is a Family Mart right across the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance (about 20 meters) from the hotel.

the hotel looks new and clean, the facilities in room are good, and its spacious to accompany a group of people. many restaurants nearby, but it's in the commercial zone so it's quiet and nothing much to shop there.

Clean hotel in a convenient location”
Just a few min walk from Nagatacho-station as well as Akasaka area which is super convenient for things to do in the said area, as well as transport to other areas. For it's price and location, I expected a slightly run down hotel in an aged building, but the room interior was better than I had originally expected. My only problem was that during nearby housekeeping, there were a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep. The housekeepers position the metal lock between the doors to keep it open, and they let the door slam every time they entered or left each room during cleaning.

It is a great hotel to stay and definitely value for money. However, a traveler I would prefer the staff to be able to understand my language. Anyway it is an excellent experience to visit Tokyo and I will be back to the city and hotel again. Cheers!

The smell of smoke in the lobby and hall. The free WiFi was not reliable, almost useless. Stop advertising a free WiFi included.

The single rooms are a bit snug but cost effective. The staff was able to handle the check-in and check-out process smoothly and they handle receiving packages and storing luggage a week before my arrival. The amenities provided are standard. No problems with the heating/air conditioning or bathroom. The location is a short walk from 2 stations so it's pretty convenient to reach.

Quiet in central Tokyo ”
In the business area of Tokyo there is a convenience store just in front of the hotel and a very nice supermarket at a 5 minutes walk like the subway. Akasaka and it’s entertaining district can be reached in less that 10 minutes on foot. Veeeeery quiet durin the night.

First time in Tokyo with Sweet Hotel”
I put 4-5 stars for Toshi Center Hotel due to the kind and fast responsible staff. The room is quite small but very convenient to stay alone. If you are a foreigner, this place is quite well to stay because the staff there are almost bilingual speakers.

I've stayed here the first time I visited Japan and now that I came back after covid, I decided to stay here again. The location of the hotel is located in a quieter area but still conveniently within walking distance to the Tokyo Metro lines. I'm able to get to where I needed to go with short walk to the right metro station. There is also a convenient store right across the street that is open 24h. The room is just right for me but I can see it may be on the smaller side for someone with more than a carry on luggage. I've used the laundromat facility on site and it is fairly clean! The staff are welcoming and they were able to help me arrange early morning taxi with no issues. I didn't try the restaurants here at the hotel since I've been eating elsewhere during my exploring of the city but the pictures shown all looked delicious.
