Nice place to stay”
-Room is neat and clean -Staff are nice there -If you were like me, don't want to be naked in front of stranger, you can enjoy the hot spring in your own room -Takes around 15 mins for you to walk to the shopping malls

Clean and good Japanese style Onsen hotel ”
The Hotel is Dormy inn chain hotel and the hotels have public bath The Bath was very good but cannot see the sky or outside ( which means no Roten buro) Men can go to bath with a Room key only. But women need a secret pin to No. Pad in front of the bath. I went with my old Mom but she feels very it is very difficult to input codes Hotel provide night free Ramen from 0930PM to 1100PM

Hotel decoration is stylist and facilities & room is new & clean. We feel comfortable and happy to stay in this hotel, esp the setting in the room & private hot spring in bathroom. Moreover, staff is very nice to give us the free tram ticket before we ask. Just it's a bit far away from JR station. But we enjoy to walk to hotel as a way to look around the city. Also, you can get to there by tram. Highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. =)

Comfortable Stay”
Although we stayed for one night, we will def. stay at this hotel when we back to Toyama. The room is neat and the staff are friendly. There is parking lot next to it (surcharge), so it is also convenient if you drive. Overall, I will recommend to friend to stay here :)

Well posited new hotel with spa”
We booked a room for four persons, which the picture shown to have four single beds. We specified in the special requirement that we asked for four single beds but were assigned a room with one double bed and two single beds which were a bit inconvenient to us. Apart from that, we found the hotel in general new and comfortable. It has a good spa and provides ramin for night snacks. The stay was comfortable and the location is within walking distance to sights and train station.

One of the best onsen”
This particular location of Nono Onyado had an excellent variety of baths in the hot spring, and well-maintained as well. The hotel is great in all other aspects as well, including friendly staff.

City hotel with hot spring”
The location is good. There are 2 carparks nearby and hotel will provide a day ticket for the packing. The staff is nice. It's a bit complicated to take off the shoes before enter the hotel.

Highly recommend this place!!!! Great service, spacious room (which is so rare in Japan), really enjoy the onsen and free ramen! Toyama is a great city to visit as well, super welcoming!

Enjoyable trip”
Japanese style room, need to put our shoes at lockers, so the hotel is very clean. The staff even help us to clean the luggage rollers, excellent cleanliness. They provide free supper of Ramen, portion not much but good enough and tasty. Enjoy the private onsen in our own room! The two single beds are big and confortable.

Very comfortable hotel”
Very comfortable hotel with included public hotspring as well as in room hotspring for those who are not used to public onsen. Shoes is lock on the 1st floor as the whole hotel beside reception area is cover will tatami. Very enjoyable hotel will come back when I am visiting Toyama.

Private onsen”
Decided on this place cos of the private onsen in room. During check in, the staff will clean the luggage wheels and guests are told to lock their footwear in lockers, as no outside footwear is allowed in the hotel. It kindda feels homey to walk on tatami thru out the place. We did laundry here as washer is free and only paid for dryer. There are 4 washers and dryers each - locked and keys are available from lobby counters. Free ramen for supper from 2130. Free flow of Japanese tea and coffee. Good selection at vendor machines. Nice touches all round. Parking is at next door NPC, 1080 yen for overnight - purchase at check in.

Truly a hot spring haven amid the cold”
Amazing public onsen (hot spring) with several relaxing pools to choose from (and a well-equipped public bath area), along with an excellent cypresswood bath (albeit small) in your own room to give that added touch of privacy. Very comfortable room and facilities (although a tad small if you have large bags), the late-night ramen and assortment of breakfast delights are also very good advantages. Only downside is the slightly far distance from the train station (around 10-15min walk).

Wonderful experience staying tatami styles flooring. ”
Wonderful Japanese tatami styled flooring designs. At the lobby once you checked into the hotel, they will clean your luggage trolley wheels before you bring it to your room. Shoes to be stored in locker provided @ lobby area. Can ask for socks from counter. Bath area is large compared to other Dormy Inn chain. Free washing machine with washing detergent usage in Bathing area. Drying machines @ 100 yen per 20 minutes. Get the key from counter. Breakfast spread is wonderful, can make your own seafood rice bowl from the fresh sashimi selection. Recommend to include breakfast in your booking. Free ramen serving from 2130-2300. Location is about 1.5km from Toyama Station 15~20 minutes walk. Nearest city tram is 100m from hotel. Can get tickets for 2 free rides from lobby, part of Toyama tourism promotion for visitors staying in Toyama. Staff services and attitudes is of the highest standard.

Very nice hotel in the very center. Good quality sleep and nice hot-spring Rooms and lobby are Japanese style, but very modern. Very clean and comfortable and walking distance to many places in Toyama city. Parking nearby, not free.

I read good comments before reserved this hotel. when I actually live there, it’s way more nice than the comments. It’s not close to the JR station, but really worth to try. Really reasonable price, good food, extremely clean, exciting experience
