spacious room with wonderful hallasan view. very clean and nice hotel. Feel surprise for the carpark facility and valet service. Valet man is very polite although they do not know to speak english. Walking distance to emart, MCD and Jeju worlcup stadium. There is a 7-11 shop located at hotel lobby which is convenience for traveller. Will stay again .

it is a great hotel. the room is big and comfortable beds. there are shops nearby and a convenient store next to the lobby entrance. We did used the parking facilities and it is great. Unfortunately we have no time to visit their other facilities such as swimming pool and rooftop. Definitely will choose this hotel if visit jeju again.

두 번 째 이용”
작년에 이용하고 괜찮아서 다시 예약했어요. 가격대비 룸 컨디션 괜찮고 청소해 주시는 분이 상당히 친절하세요. 프론트 직원분들도 상냥하고 컴플레인 처리도 빠르구요. 작년엔 수영장이랑 헬스장에 직원들이 불쾌하게 했었는데 올 해는 3박중 3번 이용했는데 모두 괜찮았어요. 다만 숙박객인데도 이용시마다 7000원씩 내야하는게 부담스럽네요. 참고로 수영장은 미성년자는 반드시 보호자가 있어야하고 보호자 수영복이랑 수영모자도 잘 챙기세요. 조식은 작년에 별로여서 이번에는 패스했어요. 주차장은 작지만 따로 주차도 해주시고 주차 관리하시는 분들 또한 매우 친절하세요. 각 층 엘리베이터 옆에 있던 정수기는 없어졌어요.

Group travel, and we had different experience with different room. The mountain view and ocean view family room are wonderful! feel like five star hotel with wonderful view. while a 2-ppl room has no view at all, a blue building is just 1m in front of the window.......and thus the room has no sunlight all the time..... but the hotel facilities is great, there's a small spa room with every basic things you need ( hot and cold tub and sauna! ) which is not easily found here with such a budget price. Location is great also, just 5 mins away from the world cup stadium, cafe, restaurants were nearby and the public spa and e-mart is just 15mins walking away from the hotel. 15mins bus take to the Seogwipo city center.

Great Location and comfort room”
There are a number of restaurant within walking distance. emart, McD and Starbuck are not far away. Around 20 minutes drive to the Daily Market. On arrival, there will be staff to take your car for the automated parking. Reception is friendly, check in and out are efficient. I had a suite, which can sleep 4 and a tub in the room. Overall is a nice clean hotel with good facilities. I will come back if I want to stay in South Jeju

Although a short drive away to main Seogwipo, we enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory and the fitness gym and sauna are worth the additional cost.

1. The hotel was closed to a big market and restaurants. 2. And they have enough places to park the car. 3. Room was so clean and I like the shower room. 4. The room was wide and thet have convince store inside. 5. If I go there again, i will make a reservation with that hotel.

One night stay and just Okay”
Thank you to the front desk people for delivering flowers to my room for a friend’s celebration. I was very happy that you did that. Some concerns with hotel not the front desk 1. No coffee/maker in the room only tea bag and coffee bag change your Agoda listing about this misleading 2. Says you have a coffee shop- you have no coffee shop very misleading 3. Your parking policy is terrible. Telling your customers if they put their car in parking, they can’t go back out until the next morning. How are we supposed to go somewhere to eat or shop. 4. Says free bottled water-change your listing to only 2 bottles of water -I asked for more was told no and that I can use the tap to refill it 5. The outlet next to the twin bed on the left side did not work. 6. Breakfast was good and pleasant 7. Room was nice and comfortable 8. The Agoda listing says nice TV with cable only 10% of channels we can see all of the others you have to sign up for including CNN and BBC and when asking front desk they we could not order them. The TV was of no use. 9. Sauna was nice and the lady at the entrance was pleasant. Not worth 7000 won. They also don’t tell you on the website about having a swimming cap. It’s required so you have to go buy one if you want to use the pool. 10. Agoda website says checkout time is 11:00 but it is actually 12:00 another misleading point 11. Only one tall lady who works the morning shift can speak English, all others could not and didn’t even try . Surprised to see that Seogwipo since this is a tourist island and most tourist can speak some English, lack of training. 12. One customer I met in the hotel told me nd was denied service at the restaurant because he was a single traveler. Value Hotel should put up a sign and say no single travelers because what are people to do if they are traveling alone. This hotel culture is of the 2019 era more like 1970 hotels in Korea. 13. My overall feeling is that Value Hotel cactors tO Korean’s only and other nationalit

Cleanliness and strategic location. Nearby have a Emart which can shop during night time just by walking distance. Room spaces for 4 person and clean. 7-11 attach at lobby, is convenient to get some snack at night.
