Fantastic hotel”
This hotel is located right next to American village . Parking is easy . You drop people and luggage off at front door and there are porters to greet and help you . Then you park the car in the open air carpark . Checkin was quick and efficient and the best part that greets you at reception are the delicious biscuits , drinks and Popsicles . Thumbs up ! There are two buildings . Annexe and main . We stayed at annexe . Rooms are of a comfortable size with two queen beds , safe , fridge , yukata and bathtub. Amenities are by Laura Ashley . Toothbrushes , razors are in abundance . The onsens are lively on the eleventh floor . Clean and lovely . Spoilt by rowdy Chinese children in the pool though . Breakfast is excellent with Chinese and western selection . A must try - the caviar seaweed . Ice cream is also available. Wonderful . Will definitely return . Family trip during go to campaign ”
We booked the trip before Tokyo residents were able to receive the go to campaign discount, but got it anyway since our trip was after Oct 1st. I am happy to say we would have paid the full price and would come back again. We stayed in the annex building, high floor with a beach view. Great for young children- 2 min to sunset beach, (Paid) rooftop pool and jacuzzi, indoor onsen with two types baths- regular and hibiscus bath which smelled amazing, just off the American village which was like an amusement park for the children and gave us many options for meals, different cuisines and on terraces etc. The breakfast buffet which was included in our plan was very good offering western options and local Okinawa dishes, and a Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel. We wanted a place where we had something fun to do in case we go bad weather. Lucky for us typhoon 14 passed quickly. I highly recommend and thanks for having us!

Great Resort in American Village”
We stayed in the Junior suite, which had a fantastic view of the sunset and an amazing bath tub looking out to the water also. You need to purchase a pool pass (1000 yen /day) which we did during our stay, the pool was wonderful and they had a kids pool for our daughter to play in too. The pool pass included an all you can drink softdrink machine also. Sadly the beach nearby was closed because of COVID-19, but we happy to enjoy the pool and take-away from surrounding restaurants (most give discounts if you show your room card - the hotel will give you a list of the discounts). Would be very happy to stay here again and enjoy the great selection of their buffet breakfast.

Vacation with kids”
We had a great stay. The hotel staff are more than helpful. They were kind and friendly. The hotel was very clean with some great views. The hotel is only feet away from American village. So you can explore all day and come back to dinner. They have tons of options from sea food to local Okinawa food, even burritos! The breakfast is amazing and kids eat free!

Room, pool, bath,,, everything is great!”
Room is clean and well maintained. The pool has a nice ocean view. You need to pay ¥1000 per person to access the pool but it’s still good to relax there. They have public baths on both towers. They are also clean and with a great view. Highly recommended!

Perfect location! ”
The staff were friendly and spoke good English, convenient store is right next to the hotel, simple 1 minute walkng distance and we can access the promenade and enjoy our Onigiri breakfast. Not to mention the room we had (4 beds) was clean and spacious, paired with oceanview. Our whole family loved this place and would definitely recommend people coming there!

Me and my husband had a very good experience in this hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was big comparing to Japanese hotels in mainland, the beds were very confortable (even thought my husband didn’t think the same), the pool was great! Luckily it wasn’t a busy season so we had the pool all for ourselves and the hot springs were really relaxing. The staff were really friendly! The location is the hotel is another plus. It’s located right in front of all the shops and restaurants. And the beach is in front of the hotel. I’m definetely coming back again.

Best Location!”
We enjoyed going around American Village! There is a lot of restaurants that you can try-on during your stay. The hotel was also very accessible to other beach location, clean and the staff’s are very accommodating. It should have been perfect if the pool was free of use for the guests.

Great Hotel”
The location is awesome, so much to do. The walking path along the beach is beautiful and allows us to exercise every morning. The buffet breakfast was one of a kind. The rooms are clean, the staff is very customer oriented, we would recommend it this hotel.

Convenient location with lots of food ”
Vibrant location with a lot of food and an Aeon nearby. Hotel has beautiful ocean view and washing machine to waah the clothes. Parking is free but need to pay for swimming facilities. Sound proof is good as we did not hear any noise from the corridoor. Bed is huge too and staff were friendly. Breakfast is good and there are even kids food. Would stay here again.

best hotel in Chatan”
I had stayed at Vessel, beach tower and Double tree in the Chatan area. I think Vessel hotel was best. Every staffs were very polite, well trained and super kind. And Vessel's room cleaning service was best!!!

Great location, great staff and hotel with many perks!”
The location is just next to American Village where you can just walk down. and during the evening, a stroll along the sea facing foot path is amazing. Convenience store located just downstairs, 24 hr McDonald, AEON, Daiso are all located at walking distance. The staff are fluent in English and very helpful. You enjoy special privileges in American Village shops with the key card. Will consider stay there again next time.

i would recomment this hotel to all my friends, its a warm hospitatily, good service, good breakfast, the room is nice and clean, also the view is so good. we can enjoy our sunset in our room. is so close to the beach also.

Great hotel and excellent service”
The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and speaks English well. The room we booked face the sea. The bed is comfortable and come with pillow with soft or hard option. Location is near American village and beach. Will visit again in the future.

I love the location, the beach and American village is just a few step in the hotel. I reserve the higher floor corner room. And it’s very big. Breakfast I’d good but for out 5days same menu , staff is very helpful specially in the front desk.we didto not go around Okinawa coz covid 19. We only visit Ryukyu mura. And the rest only at the beach Angy in the 10floor spa.

I'd go again”
My residence lost power for the night so I decided to stay here. The value was great! Affordable. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Great location and great hospitality!

Awesome hotel ”
We are a family with small children and this hotel is very accommodating. The price with the go to campaign will keep me coming back! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities are very clean. We stay here often and will for sure be back!

First off, I love okinawans. Always cordial and nice, this place was no exception! Relatively close to a beach entrance, in the heart of American village, phenomenal breakfast (highly recommend adding it!) Clean comfy rooms, albeit small. But man comfy! It sure did swiggity the swoog. Go forth and enjoy.all A.village has to offer, then come here to relax after an adventure. A+!

Public bath and the breakfast are good. Location is really close to American Village. If your room with "No cleaning" service, the staff would give you 300 yen Lawson convenience store coupon (per day) to you. T

very beautiful scenery from window ”
the view from your room is breathtaking and gives a very calming feeling the rooms are very spacious so it is very suitable for small families with children, also the buffet had a large variety of food . once you walk out of the hotel you will get to the beach! and it is quite near to the "american village" which has a lot of restaurants with nice food!
