BEST HOTEL! WORTH THE MONEY!”
The Hotel is very near the Shinsaibashi Station (5mins walk). Very Accesible to Dotombori, Shopping Stores, Restaurants, and Convenient Stores. Hotel itself is very clean and the room is spacious for enough 2. The breakfast buffet was the best!! Food was delicious! Surely, I will be staying here again whenever I will be back at Osaka!

Via Inn Shinsaibashi”
Love the hotel! Room was suffice for 2 person. BF provided was delicious. Come earlier for BF because the space was limited and you may ended up waiting in line :) Japan's hotel amenities in my perspective is always complete (so does Via Inn) Location wise was perfect!! with mini mart downstairs makes is very very convenient if you want to buy snacks, drinks, food , etc Nearby the station, shops, restaurants, which we love! We will stay at this hotel if we visit Osaka, no doubt! Very recommended hotel

Location & Friendly Staffs”
Located a short walk from Exit No.7 of Shinsaibashi Station. Please do use the lift if you have luggage as there are many stairs. There is a 7-11 just right beside the hotel. Checkin and out with no hustle. There are free tea & coffee packs at the lobby. Breakfast is included & has mixture of Japanese & Western style which we never get bored. Room size is enough for us. One mid size luggage was placed under the dressing table and another big size luggage was placed on the floor for easy access to our stuffs. Bed is comfortable (between hard and soft). Toilet is ok for us. Toilet bowl is a small though for a man to sit. Room cleaning is provided each day upon request by sign magnet on the door. However, our sleep was disturbed on one night as some drunkies knock on our door mistakenly our room as their friend next door. Not to mention,the guest next door was also making noises in midnight. I hope they improved the sound proof. Overall, good location & really good breakfast.

More instruction ”
Almost perfect, except for the A/C no clear instruction on how to use it, it took me a while to figure out how to properly operate it. Add facial tissue on the bath. The are all perfect, location, cleanliness, staff, room, breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and there are restos outside and a 7-11 and a buch of family mart.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Housekeeping service available everyday. Superb location. Just a 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. Approx 5-10mins from the busiest street/shopping area - Shinsaibaishi; and approx 15mins walk from Dotonbori. Lots of f&b shops around.

Thank you for your stay. As you posted, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the subway Midosuji Line. The room will be cleaned every day (the last start at 13:00). No cleaning, only towel change is available. We look forward to seeing you again.
Best location ”
Near amenities, food, shopping, transport and value for money including breakfast. I had a pleasant time there and the staffs are so friendly, the area is near high-end shopping but for thrift shoppers also plenty if walk near the area around 5-10mins walk and the metro subway is easy excess too.

Excellent experience”
Near to Shinsaibashi station exit 7/8, location is convenient for transportation and shopping. The service was so good and there are breakfast buffet everyday, taste good and many choice which surprised me. Room size I think is upper average at japan, I can open two luggage.

Great spot”
Friendly staff with easy checkin. Look for the 7eleven as the english sign is small. Close to metro subway for easy access to Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations. 200 metres from Shinsaibashi mall and walk down to Dotonbori. Just great.

Nice hotel nearby Shinsaibashi station / America Mura”
I needed an hotel over the Midosuji line, not far from Namba. Via Inn hit the right spot as at the time of booking the price was rather convenient. You need to get an elevator to the lobby, then another elevator to your room. Breakfast is included, but it's a very simple one. Rooms are fairly spacious and nicely decorated. My room at the 11th floor had a nice view too. Staff was very nice. Recommended.

Great stay near Dotonbori!”
Great location, truly enjoyed our stay(a small room but was not much of an issue) staff was really polite and easy to deal with. The free breakfast was okay but was located by so many great restaurants that we had alternatives. Very good price for location.

Just 2 minutes walk to subway shinsaibashi station. Crossing the main road will reach the side of shinsaibashi shoppinh street, is nearer compared to what is expected. Not too much of eateries near hotel area but just a bit of walk you can get everything in shinsabashi street, dotonburi and namba area. Room is clean, bed is comfy but pillow is bit of small and thin or adult. The free breakfast although simple but good enough, highly recommended if you are seeking for bit of budget but yet not to be too far from shopping street.

Suggestion on breakfast ”
I had a good experience at your hotel, it has good location (just few minutes walk from shinsaibashi metro station) and friendly staff , room is in reasonable size and cozy. Only 1 suggestion on breakfast , it would be PREFECT if RAW EGG is provided in breakfast. Hope to see you again

Nice Hotel”
We were introduced to this hotel by colleagues and we did a search. At first, the location was a bit far from where we normally wander, but decided to give it a try due to the excellent rate we got. Arrived into Osaka late at night and was greeted by a warm and friendly check-in staff and the procedure were completed after 5~6 minutes; talk about efficiency! The room were expected and found that the room was clean, especially under the bed (where our two large suitcases found their home). All the basic amenities were present. The only minor "let down" were the pillows. Only if normal pillows were used, then it would have been a perfect stay. Breakfast was included in the rate and nothing really to write home about, but was adequate for our basic needs as Osaka is full of wonderful cuisine. As mentioned earlier, location was a bit far from normal, but after a few days the location of the hotel did not really register in our minds. 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart downstairs.
