Excellent location and value for money ”
Location - Excellent location; 3 mins walk to sun plaza and about 20 minutes walk to the bus station. View - Great view. Can see Fansipan mountain and the pagoda statue from the roof when the weather is clear. Room - Booked mountain view room. A small balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and wind. Bed was very comfy. Room had safety deposit box. The water pressure was good and hot water present. Staff - Anna and her family are very helpful. She is quite competent in the English language, provides tours at reasonable rates, motorbike rentals, etc. Food - Hung (Anna' husband) cooks all the morning breakfast. Breakfast is inclusive, a la carte and it's so delicious. Highly recommend the omelette and noodles. Coffee was amazing as well. Nothing negative to say. It is truly a wonderful place to stay and if you're on a budget; this is value for money.

I stayed in Heart if Sapa for two days. It is a nice small hotel, room with windows to view and comfortable bed, the owners were very sweet and helpful. For its price range totally worth while.

The room was clean, the couple servicing the hotel where friendly and helpful. There was a laundry service right next door if you drop off your laundry in the morning you can pick it up in the afternoon. Overall, it was very pleasant stay.

No need to spend too much money. All-in-all a good deal. Location is ideal because it's near to the Sapa Centre, the Sapa Lake, bus station, Cat Cat Village in the Maung Hao Valley and the funicular station linking the cable car up towards Fansipan Mountain

Best hotel in Vietnam ”
We’ve travelled around Vietnam for a month & this was by far the best experience that we’ve had in a hotel. The family are so lovely & accommodating, the room is cosy & there is heating available for cold winter nights. I woke up every morning to a delicious breakfast, a hot shower and a beautiful view. The family helped us with tickets to the fanispan (a must see), they rented a motorbike to us and also helped us with a taxi to our next destination. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A nice stay”
A very nice family run small hotel. Good location close to the main part of Sapa. The young couple made us feel welcomed. We had a big birthday cake and the family joined us for my sister's cake and drinks. Breakfast could be better though.

Hotel located at very good location. Hotel owners are really sweet and helpful. They help me arrange my bus bookings and provide bike to roam around at very affordable price. Also to mention breakfast which was amazing . Rooms were clean and cozy with room heaters.

Für den Preis super, sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Einziger Wermutstropfen: es ist sehr hellhörig, liegt das Zimmer zur Straße, sollte man mit Ohropax schlafen, sonst weckt einen der Trubel draußen ab 5:30 Uhr.

เราเข้าพักกับเพื่อนสองคน ไปถึงโรงแรมตอนเช้า เจ้าของโรงแรมให้อาบน้ำได้ ฝากกระเป๋าได้ และช่วยเรียกแท็กซี่ไปขึ้นฟานซิปัน ช่วยซื้อตั๋วขึ้นฟานสิปันและตั๋วขึ้นสะพานแก้วด้วย กว่าจะกลับมาเช็คอินก็หกโมงเย็น ประทับใจใน service mind ของเจ้าของโรงแรมมากๆ สามารถให้คำปรึกษาหรือคำแนะนำได้อย่างจริงใจ เราพักห้อง Family with Mountain View ห้องพักคือดีมากกับราคาประมาณ 800 ต่อคืน ที่นอนหลับสบาย แอร์มีฮีตเตอร์ มีไดร์เป่าผม มีตู้ล็อกเกอร์ มีมินิบาร์ในห้องฟรี คือคุ้มค่ามาก โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับ Sunplaza แต่อาจจะต้องเข้าซอยไปนิดนึง แต่ก็เดินไปหาของกินตอนเย็นๆได้สะดวกค่ะ ที่นี่ส่วนใหญ่มีแต่ชาวต่างชาติแนวฝรั่ง backpacker มาพัก ไม่เจอคนไทย กับคนเวียดนามมาพัก แต่ประทับใจเจ้าของโรงแรมมากๆที่ช่วยเหลือเรากับเพื่อนทุกอย่าง พูดภาษาอังกฤษคล่องด้วยค่ะ ดีใจที่ได้ไปพักที่นี่นะคะ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี สามารถเดินไปซันพลาซ่า ทะเลสาบซาปา และร้านอาหารต่างๆได้ ที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ภายในห้องมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน น้ำอุ่นและแรงดี สะอาดดีมาก อาหารเช้าพอใช้ เป็นแบบสั่งตามเมนูที่มี เจ้าของโรงแรมน่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มและให้คำแนะนำดี เราไปถึงเช้ามาก เจ้าของให้ยืมใช้ห้องน้ำสำหรับอาบน้ำทำธุระส่วนตัว และฝากกระเป๋าไว้ที่โรงแรมได้ แล้วค่อยกลับมาเช็คอิน ตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็ช่วยโทรเรียกแท็กซี่ให้ด้วย ถ้ากลับมาซาปาจะมาพักที่นี่อีก
