I picked this small based hotel not for its comfort, nor value, but because I was willing to pay a bit extra, to have longer hours there, and according to Agoda's site, it was the only one offering an early check-in at 11am and check out at 1pm! Which initially seemed odd, for a small hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived later than I'd planned, exhausted and eager to have a rest, when I got to the room, it was obvious it was not gonna happen. It is situated, in a small residential cul de sac, with houses very close to each other, when not attached. Directly across the house, was a huge truck melting some building material of some sort, generating a high volume of noise. I ran straight down to reception to be met, by a front desk employee totally unbothered, and displaying the typical no can do attitude of Eastern European staff. I've explained that I rushed to the hotel early to be able to have a nap, and would like to be moved to the opposite side of the house, to no avail. Late check out.

Best price/quality ratio of the hotels near LHR”
Of all the hotels I've stayed near LHR, this one has the best price/quality ratio. I wouldn't call it a hotel though, it's more like a B&B, a standard home which is turned into a small ho(s)tel. So if you're travelinng on a budget and need to stay near LHR for a night or two, this is a good choice. The room is clean enough and there's a private bathroom. There's also cereal / juice / bread etc available at all times for free, so it's enough for a small breakfast. And if you don't mind walking a bit, then you can get to the hotel for free using the free bus service around LHR and walking for abt 20-30mins.

Летела в США, через Лондон (был ночная остановка 20 часов). Удобно, что отель находится недалеко от аэропорта Хитроу, 2 остановки на метро. С метро до отеля 10 минут ходьбы. В отеле можно перекусить, попить кофе и отлично отдохнуть перед предстоящей поездкой. Дружелюбный персонал. Остановлюсь в этом отеле и в следующий раз.
