Can’t fault our stay! ”
Had an amazing experience staying here! Firstly the staff were sooo friendly and professional. Everyone from the servers to the security guard who was at the stairs and beach entrance daily. Always smiling and soo helpful! Very nice and welcoming feeling. Hands down the best facilities we had during our month long travels in the Philippines , on 5 different islands. The pools and fitness centre were excellent. Very clean and loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach, with swim up bar! We did laps in the long pools as well. Rooms very comfortable, cleaned to top standards daily. perfect location, very central - the beach was unbelievable. Just stunning! Breakfast buffet had different hot options daily and again, wait staff were soo lovely. We walked past the other Hennans and this one looked by far the nicest to us. Highly recommend in Boracay!

One of the best hotel stays in Boracay”
We stayed in Hennan Crystal Sands last May 2022. Food was great! Their buffet breakfast was super sulit & scrumptuous. We eat heavy brunch already that could last us the entire day. We also tried their dinner buffet. Super sulit with the unli seafood & wine. Def a must try. Location was ideal. Just a few blocks to D'Mall & Hotel is beach front. This area of Station 2 is the part with fine white sand, long shoreline, a little less crowded compared to Station 3 and very nice sunset. Staff are all accommodating. Nothing to complain about. Room was clean. We slept soundly during our stay. We even booked their room service massage. Facilities are nice also. Their main pool was clean. Their deck pool had a great view of the shoreline. Best to have your happy hour while swimming here.

Amazing stay”
Celebrated my birthday here in Hennan Crystal. Fast check-in and check out service. Lucky we have an available room ready even if it is just 11 AM. Staffs (not just the front desk officers) are very welcoming and warm across the whole area. Housekeeping are responsive as well. They have a good pool bar with an amazing ambience with an overlooking beach area. They even offered a complimentary cake for my birthday. They serve good variety of breakfast. Love the energy of their staffs during our dinning time. I guess this is the best Hennan Hotel in Boracay so far!

Beautiful hotel”
Recently booked our anniversary vacation here and I must say it’s worth the price! I booked the premier room, it’s on the 4th floor but with a good view of the pool below. There’s a queen bed and a single bed in the room. The bedroom is clean and s is the bathroom! Bathroom complete with bidet, hair dryer, shower and separate tub, basic toiletries. There’s a small balcony with seating area for 2, and there’s a clothes rack there to hang ur wet clothes. There’s also a mini ref, and electric kettle. Breakfast buffet in the Sapphire resto is good too! The Sky Pool is gorgeous, nice to take photos. There’s also a bar by the Sky Pool if u want some drinks & snacks. Staff are friendly and courteous. Location is very good, just neat D’Mall and some restos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Resort with Excellent Staff!”
We spent 5 days in this hotel and I must say, one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The rooms were spotless clean and the staff were all very nice and pleasant specially those at the breakfast banquet. Would like to commend SUNNY who looked after us whenever we have breakfast. Always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that we are comfortable and enjoying our meals... We will sure be back!

Best milestone birthday vacation ever! The best hotel so far! Very clean and comfy rooms! Amenities are awesome! perfect location to celebrate with your friends and family! Great place to stay!”
We had a wonderful time in Crystal Sands. The free bfast was so good. And then it is right there on the beach. I ate my bfast while watching my daughter play in the sand. The location is perfect!!!! It is near Dmall so if you want to eat out or shop, it is so convenient. We also brought an elderly family member whi had a hard time walking far distances. The staff was so nice to us. The rooms are beautiful. The pools are wonderful!!! If you request for room clean up, expect to wait a long tile because they thorougly disinfect the rooms. If your room is not that messy, you can just ask for tissue paper and other stuff from the staff. Overall, wonderful all around experinece.

Best of the Henann Boracay resorts”
12 noon check-in was fast, room available by 1 30 pm. Room was clean & well-appointed. View was construction site next door. Though warned of noise, it was minimal during our stay & didn't bother us. Swimming pools were bigger than Prime & Palm. Location is best, just a short distance to D'Mall. Seafood dinner buffet had lots of choices.

What I like about staying in this hotel is their amenities. It is just so great. The sky pool is my favorite place in the hotel and Oh did I mention that they have a gym near the pool? And their restaurant has a good ambience plus the breakfast buffet is the best I ever had. There are just so many to choose from. Also, I like their airport transfer. There will be a van that will bring you to their own welcome center and then the speed boat ride is just amazing feeling. Then, another van will bring you the hotel. Moreover, their hotel staff is so friendly and polite. You can approach them and they would love to serve you your requests. To sum up, it was an amazing stay and experience! Would love to stay again in this hotel.

A 4d3n stay in Boracay and this resort did not fail us at all. A beachfront property with an excellent buffet menu be it breakfast/lunch or dinner. I booked our reservations through Agoda at a 20% off using my Mastercard. There was a promo going on that day. I also availed the Hennan resort group transport service. Round trip was 1700 pesos. Roughly converted to $34 per person. Availing the resort transport was really worth it as the transport consists of a van ride from Caticlan airport, a speed boat to Boracay port and then another van ride to the resort. You will be spared from the local lines to pay for the ferry boat. Plus you get to ride the speed boat instead of the local slow ferry boat. The rooms were oh so nice. Bed and pillows comfy. While I was booking, the deluxe rooms always had a queen size and a single bed. A bit off but did not matter. Towels and toiletries up to par. There was sachet coffee and tea in the room. A percolator for boiling water. There is no regular Coffeemaker available. We could use a magnifying mirror as well for shaving and contact lens necessity. Doable, I must say. The service in this hotel is impeccable. My friend called for extra towels and, in a flash, housekeeping was at her front door. Likewise when my hubby, informed Our internet was down and, with just a phone call to the front desk, issue solved. They've rebooted the sever in a jiffy. I am truly impressed at the efficiency of service. Let's talk amenities at this resort. The twin lagoon located on the ground floor was the longest Ive seen. In the four days we were there, I've seen them continually cleaning the pool early morning. Water treatment for the pool was never lacking. i believe the patio from the premier rooms open directly to the pool. Very nicely done. The sky pool, now that's a treat! Located on the third floor but be reminded it is not accessible from the hotel rooms. It is in a separate building together with the sapphire

Worth staying in Henann Crystal Sands hotel”
Our summer in Boracay was wonderful while staying at Henann Crystal Sands. My kids really enjoy their stay they wanted to extend the holiday. Henann Crystal Sands has an ideal beachfront, Sapphire restaurant is facing the beach that the view from there is really nice while dining in. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection and everyday they change the course so we never got bored. The skypool was really wonderful,view was amazing,a bar pool was also available. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained,same as the common area. The patio was cleaned regularly. There was a massage available by the pool,truly relaxing. I cannot fault Henann. It was a great experience. I have been to Boracay 3x and so far the one with Henann is the best.

Amazing hotel right on the beach”
We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived at around 8am and they kindly allowed us an early check in around 10am. The rooftop pool and poolside bar is great, breakfast buffet is quite nice (but limited variety). Rooms are nice and new, quite spacious and looks very cosy and modern. The front desk can help to arrange all sorts of activities from parasailing to island tours. The only thing I didn't like was that during a foot massage at the hotel's spa, I got charged almost double of the quoted price - they ask you choose if you want a massage with 'soft' or 'hard' pressure and if you choose hard they don't tell you you'll be charged extra until the end. I thought that was really dishonest.

Amazing hotel”
The overall stay was amazing! Nice room, great breakfast buffet! Could use some improvement in the seafood buffet for dinner. Also my check-out was too rushed. Check-out time was 12 noon but my stay at the other Henann resort was 3. Also my room at the other resort (Regency) was not ready yet so I wished maybe next time if some coordination could have been done. But other than that, it was still amazing.

Great Service, Amenities and Location”
This is our second stay at Henann Crystal Sands and it really is worth every peso. The rooms are clean and the people are always courteous. The pool is okay, not too big though but very clean. Breafast buffet is okay, the usual buffet breakfast but I loved their champorado ;) Special thank you to Assistant Manager Christine for accommodating our request and for the very warm welcome she has extended. Kuya guard by the pool area is also very courteous and would always greet people despite standing long hours.

Location best : Easy to access by footstep with smooth walk way both Main road (Check in) or Front Beach (Restaurant) Personal : Friendly Staff especially Reception name Ruth ( Sawasdee ka) She greeting me in Thai!! Wonderful! Room : We booked our stay pool access and super love it! Love the wet and dry area in room decoration. Good water pressure , hot & cold, Room Size is bigger than expected Room is Sound Proof! Food : Very Busy for Breakfast time. Be sure to come early, Sappier restaurant kinda slow serve. In Room Service is good and safe way when you dont want to get into the crowed outside. Sky pool: Great view! Big area. Affordable price, try Calamares is so GOOOD! And you can swim too! ( Out side guess are allow if you pay 1,500php consumable ) Main pool : Stay in pool access room is no problem and we can see the staff cleaning pool every morning at7-7.30pm so make sure swim in the morning. Smooth Check in/Check out- its FAST!

Check in process was smooth. The lady at the counter also was very helpful when we want to upgrade our room. The room we wanted was not ready but we were allowed to stay in the room we originally booked for awhile until our room is ready. Once it was ready, we were ushered by a gentlemen to our room. The hospitality was just great. Everyone at the restaurant was great. Food was amazing. The pool was a great place to chill, especially during sunset. Everything was just perfect! The only thing I don't like about it is - I had to leave. XD

Honestly the best service I've had in a resort, food is fantastic too and the prices aren't really bad at all. The room is really clean and well-designed. Although sometimes you'd find that there aren't really a lot of elevators around so be prepared to walk/climb a lot. Staff is very attentive to all your needs and not mentioning the eye-catching amenities it offers. Watching the sun set on the sky pool is definitely something you should do all the while enjoying the pool bar with their cocktails. The location is smack dab in the middle of station 1 and station 2 so there are activities and restaurants aplenty all around you.
