Exceptional”
Arrived weary after 6000 mile flights. Lobby Staff and Reception Staff extremely helpful and very efficient . We had booked online with Agoda for 3 nights and received confirmation for the dates We booked but Agoda somehow only booked Us one night to the Hennan Alona Beach hotel . So very tired and frustrated Hennan was unable to offer Us the two Extra nights (as they were fully booked already) which We thought were booked for Us . So faced with only a one night stay --- I got up early next morning to check with the hotels front desk to see if there had been any cancellations --- but None. I decided to keep on checking through the morning and at about 11a.m We were informed by the Reception Manager that they had received a cancellation and We were saved . What a Relief --- Couldn't Thank The Hotel Staff enough --- We could start to relax at last . The Catering , The Room Staff , And Every Other Member of Staff You meet from the guy mopping the floor to the guys and girls where ever thoughout the hotel to the buggy drivers etc --- All Very Friendly. --- Nothing too much trouble to help with anything and fantastic catering facilities with enormous choices . Yes the Hotel was Exceptionally Busy with Our stay coinciding with The Chinese New Year and Being Full to Capacity but We felt Totally Included and thats down to the professionalism of the Whole Staff from the Chefs -- ( You don't see ). -- and The People Behind the Scened To Every Other Member Staffing The Hotel --- It Was For Us --- A Very Nice End To A Very Tired And Long Journey Which With the Help We Received --- Turned Disaster into A Great Holiday Experience . Henann Alona Bohol weekend”
Returnkng guest here. Great systematic check in. They allowed guest to complete the check in documents before check in time to avoid long queues due to post pandemic documents. They just notified us once room was available at 3pm, check in time. They have separate check in and check out counters. Great! My room request was granted. Helpful staff and great facilities. Availed of unli dinner buffet + unli drinks. Good breakfast and dinner buffet spread. Only issue during our stay was foul smell associated with restroom exhaust fan which went away once exhaust fan was turned off. Truly enjoyed our stay! Excellent service as always! The place to be in Alona, Panglao!”
Initially, I thought that their services and my private time will be compromised because Henann is a big hotel in Panglao but I was wrong. ✅ Round trip transfer service was on-time. ✅ Early check-in was made possible by Diounna at the front desk. I was able to check in at 10AM instead of 3PM. ✅ The 3 pool locations with their own pool bars are amazing and offers different views/vibes. I enjoyed the pool by Christina’s but the happy hour at the beach pool was the place to go during sunset! ✅ Room was clean and spacious. It was also made up everyday. Bed was very very comfortable. ✅ Their beach towels and room-provided umbrellas were simple add-ons that were very useful for my tours. ✅ They also have a gym, spa, and various dining locations within the premises to choose from. ✅ Their breakfast buffet was a great addition to my morning. ✅ All the people from security, concierge, pool and bar attendants, servers and drivers were all polite and extremely helpful. Thank you! ✅ Check out was a breeze with the help of Mel. 💯Undeniably the best hotel in Panglao and no wonder my most people chose to stay here. Thank you for making another one of my vacation trips more memorable and enjoyable, Henann!

Did not expect the level of service they provide”
Upon arrival, were welcomed by looooong queue of people checking in. It was super sunny and hot. We had children traveling with us— they are getting grumpy and already started complaining. The staff gave out welcome drinks for refreshment and then just a few mins later, the manager approached us and made the check in process for us a lot faster! We felt VIPs! We stayed at Hennan for 5N/4D and we never had to check in to another hotel because we are 100% satisfied with Hennan. Our beddings, pillows, towels were always clean everyday. Food, breakfast and in room dining were okay. Though I had to admit, their houseblend iced tea at Christina’s was the worst houseblend I’ve ever had. 😂 Our first choice was Bellevue and was disappointed at first when I had to book Hennan bec Bellevue wasnt available. But I’m glad we stayed at Hennan! Made our 1st travel as a family memorable! Thank you, Hennan! We will definitely back for our next freediving session!

Great hotel ”
It is a great hotel located in the perfect location just in frontnof the beach. Although check in and check out were long but the staff are friendly and helpful. They even gave me early check in. We spent 2 night in the deluxe room. The room was huge, clean with comfortable bed, good linen and amenities. Good water pressure and hot shower. Breakfast was amazing with plenty food. And the hotel has 3 big swimming pool you can enjoy. Dont miss to try buffet dinner at the hotel you will not regret to spend 800 pesos(reserve at the reservation desk) for the delicious and full variety of food given.

Beautiful and comfortable resort right on the beach ”
I had a wonderful time at this resort and it was best hotel we stayed in during our trip (we went to multiple islands) the a la Carte food was great, the dinner buffet was so so. Beach is clean and great for snorkelling, they have a private section rather than a private beach so you will have some peddlars asking you to buy tours, massage etc but they are fine and go away once you say no thank you. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were also courteous and helpful I particularly had a good experience with Ella at the reception and Tom at the beach/pool bar. All in all some small improvements they can make here and there (more staff to take orders at the beach/pool bar) but I would fully recommend the hotel, location is great you just walk out the resort and there are lots of lovely restaurants on the main road mollies, bar woo etc. i wouldn’t bother with the beach front restaurants the food wasn’t great.

Don’t have enough words to describe how amazing our experience at Henann Alona Resort was. Starting from the cleanness of the hotel and our room, to the super delicious food and spectacular facilities. Shout out to the professional and friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot into this resort, specially to “Sophia” at reception who made our check-in super easy, “Vincent” at concierge who gave us information about local tours, “Rejie” at the pool bar who made us laugh, and finally to “Charles” the pool bartender who made the most delicious Mango daiquiris!. Thanks to Henann staff for making our honeymoon stay even more special!. We will definitely be back, and be sure that we will share this amazing experience with everyone back home! . BEST SERVICE”
FACILITIES & STAFF > Very organized, clean, and comfortable. Staff are also super kind and well-mannered. They made me feel at home since every time we meet or pass through the hallway, they would always greet you with a smile. There are also a lot of pools which gives sense why the pool is not crowded. Beachfront is also clean and relaxing. Guards are very proactive. If you leave your belongings, they would take care of it. LOCATION > HUGE PLACE but don't worry they'll give you a map so you won't be lost. It is also very accessible to all restaurants, beach, and the airport. My stay here is so relaxing. I was able to unwind, chill, and have a great time with my friends.

Great stay for vacation with young child”
Awesome place to have a comfortable, and clean stay. -enjoyed swimming pools and access to beach with young child -Food was great (room service and buffet breakfast) can be expensive but as long as it is of good quality, we’re fine with it -Premiere room with pool view and balcony with glass enclosures(helpful with little kid) : thoroughly enjoyed it and fixtures were intact, functional; balcony was great for staying in but still enjoy the outdoor views safely Could improve on check-in process: cold mist will be helpful for check in area as it is such a humid area; or a fully airconditioned reception will be greatly appreciated

Really nice hotel!!!”
Love this hotel, staff is friendly! Breakfast is great! A lot of pools and really near the beach!!!! Hotel is really clean!!! Rooms are huge and internet connection is fast! When you go outside, there are also a lot of establishments that are walking distance! Only problem I encountered is its pretty hot at reception/waiting area since no aircon, maybe add more fans... but anyway would still recommend!!

great place to stay. Really a 5 star. However, they should be more flexible to the customer's circumstances. In my case, I'd booked for 4 nights but there is a changes in my flight and I will be arriving the next day. My 1 night is already forfeited and they didn't do anything to adjust or upgrade me. I'm a bit disappointed

Great resort in Panglao”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got an awesome deal with Agoda and we were stoked to get a 2 bedroom for 4 nights at such a bargain price on short notice. The place is well built, a lot of pools to dip into, prime spot on Alona Beach and 3 restaurants and a handful of bars by the pool. The food choices and quality has room for improvement and the beach needs constant cleaning, not of seaweed or grass but of general rubbish that floats their way from neighbouring places. There are heaps of shops outside the resort too if you feel like venturing out. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back 🙂

Spending my 33th Birthday in Henann was one of our best decision. Ive seen the value of our money, its worth spending! No need to ask help coz staffs have the initiative to offer help. Super clean, comfortable, they have 24hrs housekeeping services and abrupt in attending your needs, organized even in reserving seats for each guest. Truly incomparable! Wish we could extend our stay. Nevertheless, we will come back and bring more family members and friends!

Check in - Slow. Waited too long before the clerk finished the guest ahead of us. Room - clean and had good sleeps Breakfast - Very good. Nino efficiently, happily and politely assisted us on our needs/requests. Dinner at Sea Breeze - Food is not good. We ate on Thursday night which should be 798pesos but we were charged 898pesos. We were not informed that we need to reserve first to get the 798pesos promo. Their promo was 798pesos (Monday-Thursday) 898pesos (Friday-Sunday).

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay Despite the Bohol Calamity”
Despite the recent Bohol calamity that raged the whole island, the hotel found a way to ensure its guests are comfortable and happy. I slightly felt bad that I enjoyed our stay while the staff who are locals of the island would have to endure and rebuild from the recent natural disaster. Hotel staff is very accommodating, they made sure all our requests are attended to very quickly. The hotel is well kept, clean, and safe-looking. The food is great - plenty of local Filipino food which my company and I are looking forward to after being away from the Philippines for a long time. The hotel location is very easy to get to - only about 5-7 minutes and PhP500 away from the airport. There really is no need to get out because everything you could need is either inside the hotel or by the beach area!

Hennan Alona Beach Resort is in front of beach with bar pools. The beach in Alona has a lot of sea urchins, make sure that you have a footwear for protection but all in all our stay is ok and also for the breakfast buffet.

Just what we needed. Loved the lay out of the various pool areas....It didn't feel over crowded. The evening Buffet was great value, with lots of choice.. The beach could be crowded, with the local traders try to sell the hotel guests trips and massages.. Happy Hour 3-7 pm, good prices for the various cocktails. We would definitely return .

Clean and staff are very helpful. Upon entry to the room, you will feel comfortable because it looks and feels clean. The room has ample amount of space for 3 persons. Love that pool towels are different from room towels. Staffs are very helpful and friendly making you feel at home
