Close to everything”
The Henley House Hotel is one of the best and most convenient places that I have ever stayed in. Easy walking to public transport and convenience stores and eateries also close by. The room, although small, was spotless and the buffet breakfast all that one needs to start the day. If i ever go to London again I will be booking a room here.

Fabulous value in a great location”
What a lovely little hotel! Great location just a short walk to Earls Court underground station and such a quiet street with a lovely park across the road. Room small and yet beautifully renovated, bathroom compact, clean and stylish. Bed gently firm and very comfortable for me, tea and coffee making facilities in room and the included breakfast was simple and just what I needed to start my day, loved the croissants! Would definitely stay here again, thanks Henley House for being comfortable and affordable.

I really liked it”
I really liked it at Henley house, one of the cheapest in the area but it was just perfect for what we needed. Cool design and barely a 30 second walk to Earl's Court station. The only thing I could possibly comment on is the twin beds were really close together and couldn't be separated which may not be suitable for certain guests. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. I very much enjoyed my stay at Henley house and would certainly return.

Perfect location for London visit”
Henley house was within 3 minutes walk of Earls Court Underground station. This station has a direct line to Heathrow and into the city. The breakfast was a continental style but was adequate. The staff were friendly. The room was stylish and had been newly renovated. It was small but comfortable.

Wonderful, convenient hotel!”
The Henley House was around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. It was easy to find, the staff was very engaging and friendly. The room was compact but coffee, tea, robe, tv etc in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great, cheese, fresh fruit, meats and coffee. It was a great stay!

Loved Henley House”
I loved this hotel So convenient. Minutes to the Earls Court Tube. Direct line to Heathrow . Our room had a queen bed, 2 small balconies, small refrigerator and tea making appliance. I found this room very functional. The lighting was probably the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in 45 years. I loved the shelf in the bathroom that was over the toilet and sink. Perfect for all the toiletries. They also provided an English plug . And the hooks on the door were very useful. The shower was great and large. The breakfast was very good. Juices, cereals, coffee machine, eggs hard or soft boiled,a sweet and some fruit. We had excellent restaurant recommendations from the hotel clerk. My only complaint was the water in early AM was only lukewarm in the shower. And the price for London was excellent. We will definitely stay on our next trip to London.

Pleasant stay in nice part of London”
Great stay at the recently refurbished hotel. Rooms may be small for some, but the hotel is a base to explore London. Tube station is five mins round the corner. All staff very helpful. The dining area and reception are due to be refurbished also soon. Make sure you don't get to breakfast late as there may not be much left. The lighting in the room and bathroom is excellent although the pressure of the shower could be better. 4/5.

Excellent”
Perfect location 30 second from the tube, clean room and friendly staff. However room and bathroom were just too small for a couple with two suitcases. Air conditioning turns off every few hours and doesn't work at all at night, the room becomes very hot quite quickly. I also had no hot water for the last two days. Would not stay again but it served its purpose for a quick few nights in London. If staying over 4 nights I would recommend looking elsewhere

Disappointing Experience”
Henley House looks charming from the outside, and the great reviews convinced me to go with it... Turns out, for my friend and I, the low price and great reviews were too good to be true. We were assigned to a basement room, right below the lobby where breakfast is served from 8-10. Needless to say, it became quite loud each morning. Also, outside our room was a small alcove (not accessible to us) with a staircase leading down from the sidewalk. So one morning, we smelled smoke and realized someone was standing directly outside our room window, smoking. Everything smelled of smoke for several hours. In addition, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived and our heat stopped working on our third and final night. It's probably better in an upstairs room in which the heat works consistently, but I recommend paying a bit more for an experience you can count on.

Convenient location, clean and stylish”
All of the above. Just know that rooms and bathrooms can be tiny, but not an issue when the only time we were in the room was to sleep. Satisfying breakfast with croissants, a sweet, fruit, rolls, meats, cheeses and a coffee machine. You can also cook an egg to your specs-- my guess is that it's in the shell Hard or soft boiled - I didn't try that option. The hotel was super convenient to the Earls Court tube station, numerous eateries and convenience stores. It is located on a quiet street even though it's so close to all of the above. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional”
Amazing location! Not in a crowded or touristy area, but still a 5 minute walk to the underground. Everyone was extremely accommodating and they hold your luggage if you arrive early or after your stay. Only complaint is the AC was not the best in the room, but that can be fixed by opening the window. The breakfast room was beautiful. The bedroom was spotless. Loved the starry lights in the room. They even have complimentary spa water at front desk. Super charming and a great price. Definitely coming back!

Great Location!”
Very convenient location into central London and to Heathrow Airport. The walls were a little thin as we could hear people constantly walking past our room. The facilities within the room are great and the conservotory for breakfast is pretty. It is a bit on the expensive side

Such a shame about the beds!!!”
Only huge complaint would be the Beds!!! I've slept better in a tent, invest in some mattress toppers at very least, or replace mattresses...then this hotel would be worth another visit!!

great location”
i only stayed one night as i was in between hotels and this was a good option as it was very close to the tube station and there are some great restaurants just down the street. the location was really convenient. free wifi was also very nice. the room was a good size and had lots of windows and a bit of a patio but it seemed a bit old and musty. hotel staff was alright, not rude but not the most pleasant, willing to go out of their way to help. overall, the hotel gets the job done

Nice but noisy”
Tiny room though well designed which made up for the lack of space. Was alright to crash for one night. The sound insulation between rooms was very poor, you could hear any doors opening or people flushing their toilets. In addition, the "luxury" room was in the attic and I was woken up at 6am by the sound of rain on the roof and window sill. Certainly not something you would expect for the price.
