the room I stayed for 3 days 2 nights is just simple and small but i find it lovely and relaxing. on the other hand the owner and crews are friendly... had a chat with them like we're closed to each other for a long time... very at ease... love their ambiance.. i have nothing more to say that would lift other tourist mood in what i have experienced... they must see for them selves to know how nice the place, hotel, service, and crews are.. for me very much overwhelming to have stayed in the herbies mansion for even a short while... i have enjoyed my stay, and would probably be back again soon... thanks for everything..

It was a very nice experience staying in Herbies Mansion. The location is very accessible to all, staff and attendants are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are equipped with good furnitures and with very relaxing ambiance. And lastly, rates are cheap and very affordable.

We were allowed to pick our own room. The staff was helpful with directions. The room.was clean and the bathroom is clean and with the required fixtures. The staff is attentive and suggests directions for places to eat. We were very pleased with our room.We will stay here again on our next visit. We will definitwly recommend Herbies Mansion to our familyand friends. Value.for money is there.

Great location and friendly staff”
We find the price of this hotel very affordable compared to the other hotels in Subic. It’s strategically located-- near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. There are even stalls nearby where souvenir items are being sold. Staff are very friendly and are always ready to attend to the guests’ needs. They also have a restaurant, we have already tried their breakfast which is tasty and cheap.

We had a great time at Herbies Mansion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent near shopping mall, restaurant, night entertainment, etc. We are very comfortable to walk at night. They serve breakfast at a reasonable price. Our room was simple but cozy.

Cheap, Clean, and Friendly”
I always stay here when I am in Subic. Don't expect anything fancy. The rooms are small and the cable on the TV can sometimes be spotty. But as a place to rest your head in SBMA, the price can't be beat.

Small room, you can find better for the same price”
I came here on Saturday and was pleased with the strategic location. The staffs were accommodating, however, when I saw the room, I got disappointed, it is small for a superior room. I walked into the hotel beside Herbies and found out that for the same rate of I could have gotten a standard room with free buffet breakfast. This disappointed me more because the package I got doesn't have breakfast included. I would give this hotel a 3 out of 10

i booked this hotel for our driver as we travelled with rented van, but i was able to check the area and room. the hotel is located at waterfront road and is a good location. the hotel is small but rooms are spacious with 14 inch tv. cabinets are curtained and room is clean. there is no swimming pool but customers can pay to swim at seo ra beol hotel located next door. hotel is recommended for people who would only need a place to sleep over. still, value for money is good as rooms are cheap and you get what you pay for.

Hotel rooms are very simple, small, but clean,very loud air condition. However fairly reasonable price (3 times cheaper than in most of other hotels around)very friendly and helpful stuff.

Nice, affordable hotel in a great location”
the room we rented is a regular standard room. it's enough if you have a jampacked itinerary and just planned on sleeping in it. the room has a spacious bathroom. the hotel is accessible to restos, bar, convenient store, beach front(boardwalk), mall(harbor point).

Perfect for budget travelers ”
The place is less expensive compared to hotels in this location. Right in front of 711 and has nearby restaurants that serves American and Filipino cuisine. The room is basic. The one we stayed at have twin beds, a dresser and own bathroom but no tub. Perfect for those who needs a roof on their head and traveling on a budget. Property is near the beach but swimming is not allowed.

Unaware Staff, Not so friendly Approach”
We arrived in good faith because we were confirmed by Agoda and vouchers with us. We used doing this due to numerous hotel booking from different areas from Agoda. Approaching the lady at the counter was not aware of our arrival but instead they were expecting group from a company who will occupy the room. I showed my voucher and told me that Agoda didnt send the confirmation therefore they dont have our room reservation. Pissed off because the kids were with us. As if its our fault why everything turns into mess. I dealt the ordain until finally they gave us a room in front of their counter. I am not satisfied how the room being cleaned. Curtains and blankets worn off, no windows and annoying aircon. My verdict....Will not go back to this lodging anymore. The lady needs to undergo training of good customer service. Better seek other nearby place instead.
