As a working mom who is hands on with my kid ( who has autism), I always bring my child me whenever I travel for work. Heritage Hotel, with its friendly staff, and comforting facilities and meals, allow me to do my work while bonding with my son. They have fast Internet connection, ample parking spaces, clean facilities, and a properly sized pool and deck. The staff are really nice and accommodating, from the parking attendants, the security guards, the receptionists, to the restaurant servers, chefs, and the pool attendants Their managers would also go around to personally check on the guests. The food is also great. I love their free flowing brewed coffee ( low acid, I think) in the morning, thier pizza ( Pugon baked?), and my son loves their carbonate. I just hope they could add more menu items. P.S. They also give PWD discount.💕 Thanks Heritage Hotel.

My kids and I, together with my Boss' were check-in yesterday here. The Duty Manager Sir Eric and his team really WOWED us. They were really doing a great job in raising the bar higher for the way they treat their guests. Ive been to other new, big and highest stars hotels but never had the same welcoming smiles,attentive and courteous staff and really you feel they were all in sync when it comes to customer service, ALL OUT TO WIN YOUR HEART. We were treated very well like VIPs. My boss was very happy also how Sir Eric handle guests.He even thought he is an old friend of ours. He was very warm and welcoming and assured everything we need was attended to for us to have a very delightful stay here. Our stay was superb, comfy big beds and warm baths and we slept very well and the temperature just perfect for us to sleep soundly. Parking was not a problem at all. Thank you so Much Sir Eric!!!! it's a seasoned hotel, but worth it. still clean. the only issue with the room was, almost all power point had no power. we had to charge our phone in the bathroom point. other than that no other issue

Management at front desk let me check in without extra charges at 7am since I had an early arrival from naia. The room was nice and big but the next day head of housekeeping changed me to a suite with a pool view without any extra charge for the remainder of my stay which was very nice. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful from the time you arrive. I bow down to them all for the wonderful experience. The buffet is a little different everyday. I compliment the chef and crew for such a tasty fresh choices. All the food is well flavored and hot. I haven’t made use of the pool and gym but it’s very clean set up nicely.

Location wise, its convenient. Staff were very accommodating. The only thing i could say they can improve on is putting bidette in the cr. Not sure if its just ours and others have it, but it would have been more convenient if they have it. Though traditional way is good too,lol. Overall it was a nice stay!

The King Deluxe Room is way better than me and my husband expected. The room is spacious and we are absolutely comfortable with the bed, considering my husband is 6’2”. Room service is fantastic too! I love their fettuccine carbonara. I definitely made the right choice because it’s near the mall and along the airport too. We will book again for sure.

After having to make a last minute change of hotel due to poor customer service from another of manila many hotels had contacted the Heritage Hotel who replied to my email enquiries within minutes so booked my room at a very reasonable price for last minute booking on arrival by taxi from airport was greeted kindly by staff on door helped with my luggage and taken to the front desk to check in which was a pleasant experience with a very helpful and friendly member of staff Patrick (known as janssen)was given a room upgrade to club room(very nice) he explained where to go to get to my room where to go for breakfast etc. Room was spacious and very comfortable clean on one of the higher floors with view of the city small balcony, sofa,and large king-size bed which was very comfortable, bathroom was clean with bath and shower with almost instant hot water clean carpets throughout. Staff at the Heritage Hotel are all very friendly and helpful breakfast was buffet style which due to restrictions was smaller than normal but good choice again staff helpful and friendly after breakfast was sat out by the pool relaxing having a coffee when Patrick (janssen walked passed and immediately on seeing me asked if my stay was enjoyable asking me by my name which for a hotel of this size is was very warming gesture to remember quests name when you deal with so many people day in day out. I will certainly be returning to the Heritage Hotel and hope to experience more of what the hotel offers as last time was just overnight stay.Thank you to Patrick and all the staff for a memorable stay.

We had a great stay. Staff and hospitable and helpful specially Fatima and the DM that day. Eric? The only challenge was their lock. we had some issues that we can’t open the door and it took them an hour to open it. It happened twice. But all in all. Great and clean place to stay.

So much nicer than the less expensive one night stay, hotels. Good food, just downstairs. Taxi service is fast to and from the airport. Air con can be too cold if you don't pay attention. Did have to ask 3 times for towels. Otherwise, great stay!

I love the room, clean and no insects at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and the pool. They provide separate towels too. Would have been a perfect stay if there's bidet. Quite sad that they weren't able to accommodate us in the free shuttle going to MOA. Will definitely come back. Special mention to the most friendly gym and pool attendant. :)
