Amazing stay!”

The hotel is a little away from the centre but the metro and tram are super easy to use! The bedrooms are huge and super clean, I would definitely stay again

I booked simple, economy room, and it is realy nice looking and comfortable. There is large space and everything functionally. (but electric kettle is not available). When located on high floor you can enjoy an amazing view from the window which overlooks south-east part of the city. About clean... everything was good but I found many pieces of broken glass on the floor near and under the chair.

Nice hotel but we asked double bed which was confirmed, then given twin singles and told they didn't have any left.. Breakfast is not for the non gluten vegan as the choice is just limited to some fruit. So for us, the breakfast was not good as we were told the buffet had plenty of choice for us, which it didn't.

Great for Airport Access”

Restaurant was very good. We were only looking for a place to stay overnight for getting to the airport early in the morning. Hesperia Sant Just was an easy 15 minute cab ride to the airport early in the morning.

Barcelona Trip”

Can’t really fault the hotel itself, just a couple of things no tea coffee making facilities in the room a big bugbear for me, the breakfast was expensive for what it was at 18 euro per person, though you coud get toast or croissant and coffee if you could understand the machine. For 3.90 Euro. The hotel was so far out it wasn’t even on the map they gave us. Had to catch a tram then transfer to the metro to get to the town centre.

Short city trip - During Summer”

Enjoyed my short stay. Rooms were very clean but location is not ideal. Its a 25 euro taxi trip from Airport. No bus because i arrived after midnight in Barcelona, otherwise there is a 5 min walk bus stop from Hotel. Food - Excepted more for a four star hotel, just simple black coffee & tea during breakfast. But there was a variety of food choices available. ( pastry, bread, fresh fruits, hot breakfast) No free water in the room, I would have expected atleast 1 free water bottle in the room , for a 4 star. Reception - was helpful, explained about the public transport, Set up a wake up call but did not get it on the first day lucky i set up my own alarm. Location - Tram/bus available to get into the city and also there is a supermarket close up.

Short stay”

We stayed here only one night. However, if all of the hotels on our vacation were as nice as this one, that would be delightful. The staff was courteous and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.

Misleading, to say the least”

As stated on agoda, i booked a smoking room and even contacted the property about it but it turns out they dont bother checking their messages and also its a non-smoking hotel! asked for a double bed and got 2 single beds in return :/ the dude at the reception asked way too many questions. a standard room for 2 is a room for 2, why would you keep asking me "where is the 2nd person?" idk dude, ask my company, why would you interrogate me like that? i understand there are hotel policies but you just cant grill your guests. its a nice clean property and all but sometimes you gotta go beyond customer service to make those who are virtually strangers to your city, feel a bit welcomed. suggestion? state the right things about your property and please check/reply to people who might contact you over agoda for them special requests . otherwise, whats the reason of being listed here?

great hotel with all comforts”

we were very happy with the hotel, staff are more than helpful and everything was up to our expectations.Large size room and bathrooms.unfortunately th location is out of the way to any restaurants or sights, a 20 min tram/metro rid is needed to get to the center. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as it seemed a little to expensive, the restaurant was closed for a couple of days in our holiday, however there is so much choice in Barcelona that it didn't really bother us.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable , close to tram links, hospital and local amenities.

Good but with some inconvenience ”

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, with a tram station nearby and supermarket 5 minute walk away. Staff are courteous and helpful. But the sink in bathroom is always clogged; bit inconvenient.

We had a good experience all in all, however the hotel was far from all the attractions, we had to take a bus and a tram for 1 hour every day, so that was a bit annoying. Staff was quite helpful, rooms clean, bed was soft and nice to sleep on. This option was much cheaper then other similar hotels, and they had spare rooms in the hot season, so that was convenient

There was a bed and TV but everything else was poorly”

When we arrived at our room the bathroom was under water because the water line of the toilet was leaking - this problem was already solved from the housekeeping by putting a towel underneath, the towel was already waterlogged so the bathroom had a huge puddle around the toilet. After reporting this to the reception they send someone - housekeeping came and changed the towel at the ground! WOW! After doing your business you have to press the flush quite long to make sure not to leave an unpleasent present to the next user. But the bathroom had more surprises, hi-tech as well it: for example self dissolving towels - after wiping our back we could literally watch the towel dissolve and rip to pieces withing seconds. (we assume it was bleached after it got dirty with something). Now to the positive things: the bed was fine and clean, the A/C worked well, there's a TV, good curtains - but besides all that there is not much to do here. No balcony, pool, terrace, or any place to relax.

Exelentes y modernas instalaciones, camas comodas, Baños super amplios y bellos, es retirado del centro pero con maravilloso acceso a transporte públic, paradas del bus a 2 minutos caminando, parada de tranvia a 4 minutos, Supermercado a 2 cuadras. Super recomendable .
