weekend getaway”
excellent hotel. very clean and tidy. the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. they are always willing to help you. excellent facilities, free secure car parking covered by cctv, indoor swimming pool, sauna. the rooms are very large and are accompanied by free WIFI, coffee & tea making facilities, satellite TV and a hairdryer. this hotel is an ideal retreat if you are jetting off on holiday and you are flying from London Heathrow. I shall be returning to use this hotel again.

Trip to the rugby with three others. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel although we were out for most of the daytime. Reception allowed us to check in early free of charge since the rooms had been cleaned and were available and this was appreciated. There was one negative issue which occurred during our stay. We were asked for a copy of a debit card in case we had any extra services and advised that no monies would be withdrawn without a signature. All extras at the bar and breakfast were paid cash but £100 was withheld from my account for 5 days for some reason. Otherwise the hotel did serve alll our needs.

Could not fault the hotel for cleanliness, value for money and facilities but just had to mention, while i stayed there last weekend they had a function on and the music was that loud blasting out, even putting the TV up loud in the room didnt block the noise. It didnt stop till 1am, so dont expect to get a good nights sleep. Hotel could do with sound proofing if this is a regular thing!

Stayed here before and been good however not this time (like other reviews say too) Took a while to check in - not as efficient as other hotels Was told there was a party till midnight but wouldn’t b able to hear it...we could definitely hear it even after putting white noise on two devices. And with a little baby you can imagine how annoyed I was Reception would pick up the phone for half an hour- probably because so many people were complaining come midnight Come midnight party still hadn’t stopped! When I finally got through to reception they said it’s until 1 but we’ve asked them to stop at 1245 Didn’t stop at 1245... or 1..only at 115 Such a horrible night stay because of this Desk staff clearly blag it half the time! Bottom line- if you’re thinking about staying here,

The hotel is nice and the location is not bad.Theroom was clean but the toilets are small. I did not have any menu or leaflets about the hotel in the room . I wanted to know about the spa ,I had to call reception for the information.The food was nice and I love the breakfast.Overall it was nice experience and my daughter was happy.

Not an airport hotel”
there's nothing wrong with the hotel, but it's not and airport hotel that it claims to be and there is no airport transfers at all. So going to Heathrow from there is an expensive taxi (£30 or £40) each way. Food wasn't good

The room was tastily decorated, a fridge in the room would have been a great idea. Downside was the bed, there was no mattress cover, that's not acceptable by hotel standards. The bath in choice was also not the cleverest of ideas . I think stand alone showers work better for such busy environments as the shower curtains were not the cleanest and the bath was not deep enough to not use the curtain. The restaurant menu needs revising too, the choice was very limited ( same ) and the staff didn't seem to be keen to explain the menu in depth. Overall they have done a great job and created a hotelof good quality.

Hotel nice and clean, staff very helpful but when the room was cleaned the next morning they never left us towels and milk I had to ask 3 times before they was replenished, the breakfast is very basic.

Stayed for a night”
Everything is good except the staff at reception. He insisted I didn't pay for my room which obviously I paid in full via Agoda. I was busy trying to get connected to internet so that I can show him proof then another lady staff came by and said it's fully paid for when the system showed this. Then the gentleman didn't apologize for his mistake and told us to go to our room now. Not the kind of attitude we should get from a hotel staff.

One night layover”
Hotel is fairly new and in good clean condition throughout. Room size is excellent. Would prefer a walk-in shower cubicle instead of shower in the tub but ok. Free secure car park.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions, this time was good, apart from when we got up in the morning to shower, we had no hot water, it was freezing. I reported it to the reception staff, who just said 'yeah we know, someone is coming to look at it, thanks'. That was it, no apology, no offer of an explanation or a discount for our stay. Felt very disappointed this time. I feel they should of taken the time to inform their guests that there was a problem that morning. Putting a letter under the door with an explanation would of been sufficient, but there was nothing. Disappointing ☹️

High standard of cleanliness. Some of the Staff could smile more. One member of reception was extremely helpful, he kindly enlisted support to start my friend's car, the battery of which had seemingly run down.

Very noisy!”
Checked into this hotel, went to my room to find my key doesn’t work. Lugged all my cases back down to reception for a new key, this happened 3 times before the receptionist let me in in the end with their key then I had to wait for maintenance to come and look at my door. There was a party on the ground floor and my room was on the 3rd floor. The music was so loud the whole hotel was vibrating. They offered me another room which wouldn’t have made any difference what so ever seeing as the whole hotel was vibrating I checked out 1.5 hours after arriving as I couldn’t stand the noise any longer. The manager declined to offer me any type of refund. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again.
