Not really an international quality hotel”
We stayed here in the suite room as I needed a place close to the wires family and this was the closest. We stayed in the equivalent of the penthouse and the room was very good, clean and had a refrigerator and a hot water heater for the shower. The room even has a hot tub for a bathroom but the bubble jets are not hooked up but it works well for a bath tub. Only major negative is the WI FI. When it works its great but when it does not work it really sucks. No elevator in hotel so you have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to reception and then to your room and this can be hard if you have big suitcases. Over all for the money its very good

I booked this basic room so that my wife's daughter and grand mother could spend two nights with us. The room is clean but there is no refrigerator or hot water heater for the shower. Still for the money it was a good value for my Filipino family and they were satisfied. For me I would not be satisfied being a westerner but my family who stayed in the room was satisfised

Budget Hotel”
We stayed in the bridal suite which is the best room they have to offer it is very good but the WI FI does not work in the room you have to go out side into the open air hall ways to get a decent connection.

They risk lower ratings as their maintenance and service is going down... no toiletries, door broken, need assistance to open door every time. However, no problem earlier check in. Will go back there.

lovely hotel , no complainants with anything except hot water. we could upgrade to a room with hot water shower, but because we booked through agoda , we had to rebook through them, but as anyone knows once you are their you cannot do that. no one had the sense to just accept the difference we paid mke ure you book a room with a hot shower as the water is freezing

No wifi in hotel . And reception tell you we give you free breakfast. Which is a joke. We stayed 3 nights. We Ask reception to clean the room .But in the 3days not cleaned. And the last night was woken up by noise from gossip from cleaners in the next room . And now the good points . The bed is good and the aircon is new and good , the staff are very nice and polite. And I have stayed in other hotels in this town . And it's the best of the rest. Would stay there again.

A Great Place BUT?”
This is NOT the first time at this hotel. The staff were more interested in using their cel phones. The sign ourside states that breakfast can be supplied and a sign at reception advertising food, but none of this is available. But the signs still exist. As a customer left with a room keycard, we were offered a room undergoing maintenance, then offered a room that was small. The next day, the reception provided us a keycard for another room, which worked on the room we had originally booked. Now settled into our room, all was working okay. House keeping, does NOT clean the room properly, only sweeping without moving anything in the room. In the CR, the walls were not cleaned properly, the soap holder has NEVER been cleaned. Management should provide proper training for all staff, or replace with more competent staff. Wifi at this hotel is "only" a "hotspot wifi" which does not work half the time. On the plus side, the daytime security guard, was always very helpful.

Will Not Stay Here Again”
To start, bad wifi signal in hotel but that is not even the major complaint. We had to get our key card access renewed most of each of the days we stayed there at Room 316 because for some reason the staff couldn't get the card access right each and every time. There was no breakfast for two of the days that we stayed and our room was not cleaned for two of the days that we stayed there. One of the days that there was no breakfast or room cleaning was because they were having their very Very important Christmas party which they thought it was appropriate to celebrate after New Years because they did not have a chance to celebrate it before. Crazy. Front desk literally told me straight up that there would be no breakfast or room cleaning that day because they were celebrating their Christmas party. Breakfast is only a two hour window and one of the days they had only one remaining breakfast option because they ran out of the other options.

Bad Service and Will Not Stay Here Again”
Another day the individual who serves breakfast was nowhere to be found and we had to call the front desk to summon such individual. When checking out of the hotel the final day and I was paying the bill the guy at the front desk did not even have change readily available to give and was fumbling around trying to find extra change which he still could not come up with while our taxi was patiently waiting for us to get going and the front desk guy asked if I could buy some items from their small convenience store, which was 2 small racks holding items and a cooler fridge with drinks in order to make up for some of the difference they owed me but could not come up with. I am not even kidding. The front staff or reception do not seem to provide great service and with this specific individual and his lack of customer service, this guy did not seem like he cared about working his job the first day he checked me into the hotel to the last day he checked me out of the hotel.

Stay Away”
I was in HGC for 3 days. Room had nothing, no coffee, not even a hot water boiler pot, no place to hang your clothes, no hot water-shower, and breakfast was horrendous. The breakfast place is an auditorium place on the 4th floor, not really a dining place. There is no air conditioning during breakfast. So expect to be sweating, if you decide to stay there and eat their bowl of rice and one piece of meat (viand). Not coming back.

I booked true agoda online, but the room was not available on the day of check in , I argued my side to the staff but they simply said there’s nothing they can do, I ended up upgrading to a twin bed room paying additional amount, staff who attended me was cold and rude

It was a nice clean comfortable room, the bed especially. Could have had a little more room on the left side of the bed near the wall. The WiFi was very slow & was often not connecting to the internet.
