We just loved the place. One of the best hidden gems in Panglao, Bohol. It is very quiet, but you can easily reach the more touristic places like Tagbilaran or Alona Beach with scooters. The staff is so friendly and they Will help you with everything. Mary Lou is the sweetest manager you’ll ever meet, she Made our stay even more perfect than it was. The food at this place is also really good! We really recommend hidden coral divers resort!

Loved every bits of it”
I stayed there for one night all the way from Bantayan Island, took us few turns to finally get to the place as I thought the driver that offered me a ride from Tubigon knows the way around. Good thing my reception was working and it was also great that I wandered the whole island in less than 5 hours. It was totally hidden which I absolutely love! Funny thing was that, I was the only guest during that time. I'm the kind of traveler who tends to actually adjust if I may term it that way, as long as I am treated fairly and well. So here goes with the facilities, so and so, it's not ideal for luxury travelers, it's not ideal for those impatient (don't order when you're already famished, order before it reached that state) and clearly not ideal for conformist. So if you're someone who expects a hair dryer in your comfort room, this place ain't for ya. If you're into nightlife, this place ain't for you either. I myself is an escapist kind of traveler, so I loved to be surprise,staggered, dismayed, disappointed, yada yada.. If you're an occasional traveler who wants to explore, this might be good for you. I find the place very peaceful, clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a good price for a good place like this to be honest. It was a great stay, and thanks for making my day worth it by offering me a day tour around Bohol.

Secluded Getaway!”
We did not realize how far this hotel was from the main attraction on Panglao Island, (Alona Beach) when we first stayed here. The area is beautiful, right on a coral reef, with amazing wildlife and a beautiful view, but it is a 25 minute drive from Alona Beach and about a 20 minute drive from Tagbilaran city. We stayed here to do some diving, but quickly found that it was not as easy as we had hoped. After asking at the dive shop for 3 days, we were eventually told that their dive instructor only spoke Japanese, and we should probably look elsewhere. They did at this point offer to help us find an English speaking instructor, but we had had enough, and decided to leave early. The staff was extremely accommodating to our vegan diet, and they were very helpful and friendly about everything, even the fact that we were leaving early. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Alona. We rented a motorbike relatively cheap while we were there, and traveling back and forth wasn't too bad. It is important however that you realize that you are pretty far from it all. There is one attraction that is very close, a subterranean cave.

all in all our stay in hidden coral diver's club is exceptional. The facilities and the breath taking ocean view pave the tiredness of each one of us. The staffs always welcomes us with warm smiles. Even the food is excellent I would like to give my gratitude to tay jung who served us delicuos meal in the length of our stay I always remember the stories he shared when he was in marikina we hope we crossed path all in all hidden coral divers club gives us so much service and spectacular view we will surely be back any time soon ~!! <3

Friendly, helpful and beautiful”
Hidden Coral Resort is located away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach, but with its beautiful cliff side views and cabanas to relax on site, it gave us the option of swimming in the pool or ocean, or taking the transportation by minibus or tricycle to other beaches. The cook is very proud of his creations and accommodating, as are ALL of the staff. Kindness in abundance! A great place to stay with very spacious and clean rooms. Definetly recommended. We were there for diving, so we had to make our way to Alina Beach for those days. The on-site shop is a lot more expensive. We used Prana Divers, and were very pleased with the trips.

Lovelt Hotel and resort”
hidden coral divers resort is perfect for honeymoon and family trip. each room is in a bongalo/single detach type far from other rooms with private swimming pools; one for adult and one for children. overlooking beach and good experience of sunset. you can asked your dinner in a cottage with candle lights. you will wake in the morning and experience sunrise while having your breakfast.

we were surprised and disappointed when we found out that the resort hotel was quite far from the panglao white beach. but, we appreciate the fact that the staff was accommodating enough to arrange the transportation. they were all friendly and courteous.

Lovely and small resort”
very nice resort, which really deserves the name. it is hidden. clean, very friendly staff and a lovely garden with pool. they gonna fullfill all your wishes immidiately. restaurant offers good homemade food, but the orders take pretty long. no proper beach, but you can enter the sea over some stairs.

Nice but remote”
Really on a remote part of Panglao Island. The bungalows are nice, the restaurant food is very good and Tess is a great guide. Only issue is that it takes about 30 minutes to get to Alona beach and it's on a rutted dirt road which is OK as long as it is not raining. Great place if you just want to dive and hang out in a quiet, peaceful place with good food and staff.

Friendly staff but lack of basic ammenities inside”
stayed for 2 days. very friendly and accommodating staff. enjoyed the sea view and nice garden landscape. recommended for those who loves the calm and quiet place. better to bring/buy own food before reach the hotel due to its location at secluded area with no public transport and restaurant/stall around. however, guest can go to their kitchen and ask them to cook meals. restaurant provide breakfast only with very limited choice. there is no electric kettle inside room, so need to request hot water inside thermos. no tissue (except toilet tissue) provided even at restaurant. tv signal not clear. mattress not very comfortable due to the surface not straight anymore. seems like this resort was just after refurbished. if management can overcome this weakness, this resort will be the great resort in panglao.

Poorly run”
This area is fairly remote with not much in the area. It is not a dive resort. There is a dive shop beside Hidden Coral, but the single dive master works out of several islands and is only there intermittently. If you want to go there to dive, you would need to prearrange. We were there mid Feburary and it was deserted. The restaurant did not have many items listed on the menu. The service was very slow too. The food was average. The suite was a good size and the two queen size beds were comfortable. The water wasn't turned on when we got there. After I had it turned on, we had no water again later that night. I found out later the turned the water supply off due to numerous leaks. Two of which were in our cabin with buckets under them. After I spoke to a crew member I was assured it would not be turned off again. It wasn't. There was an ant infestation in the bathroom and when I brought it up to the staff, I was handed a plastic pump bottle of liquid and told that it wasn't the hair product as labeled on the bottle. When I sprayed the ants I could then tell that it was gasoline I was spraying. It stunk the entire cabin out. It did work temporarily though, but there were many more back within hours. There was no guidance as to tours in the area. Our impression was that there were some nice aspects to the resort, but it was missing a manager to organize and maintain the place. If you like a quiet isolated vacation and can tolerate the negative aspects mentioned here, you could enjoy your stay here. There is no beach, however there are cement stairs leading into the water. There are some weeds close to shore, but it clears up as you get out further.

The hotel's name speaks for itself as it is really hidden. The road going to the place is not yet cemented, no restaurants nearby but you can eat at the place. If you dont have a vehicle, you can ask them to drive you to the airport.

nice place but not beachfront”
We were very excited about our stay in Bohol, but found this resort too far from other activities and places on the island. Located in the middle of nowhere, our only form of transportation was what was provided by the resort, for a fee that was far more than we were expecting to pay. We were not near any beaches, any restaurants, anything at all. If you are looking for a very quiet place, this is it. However, there's nothing to do. They have a menu, but the food wasn't very good. They say they can call you a massage, we didn't try it. Basically it's a clean place to stay in a beautiful setting, but you're very secluded and can't do anything on your own. They did not have our booking information...from what I understand there has very recently been a change in management, so they were surprised to know that we were coming. Flor, the new manager, is very friendly and very helpful. It has all the makings for a great place, it's just not there yet.

The location is a bit far from the town centre, but if you want total peace and quiet this is a great place. The staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The room was clean. Thus if you are keen for a quiet holiday filled with diving, then this resort is ideal.

no beach, but you can swim. The hotel is not far from Tagbilaran, but it is also pretty isolated for the circle road, approx 1.5 kms. So to beg a ride to reach this main road. From there, have many jeegney to the city at 10-15 minutes drive. Good food, but can be restricted if few clients at hotel. Nice swimming pool. Ideal for romance and peaceful stay. No night life.

Beautifully locatec atop coral cliffs”
wonderful location and beautifully landscaped gardens. but, unfortunately, very poorly organised: - they were not expecting me and did not have my booking - towels were not available at first - water was not connected for first hour - tv not connected - no food on premises although they have restaurant facilities - no mini-bar although it was advertised - no wifi in rooms, although available at reception area - not easy to find as no signage off main coastal road - no eating establishments nearby - need car to get around otherwise you are stuck! pity, because layout of resort and views over the ocean are stunning.

the resort is nice with clear sea water but the problem for me is the transportation because you have to take 300 per way going to city or tagbilaran .no public transportation going to resort malayo din sya pag nilalakad.
