Location was incredible. Pool was great. Great value. Very large for a 2 bedroom condo. Did not feel cramped at all. Rainfall showerhead in master bathroom was great.

The place needed a deep clean. The curtains had stains all over and sinks had rust stains. The overall unit is pretty dated in style/appliances but that did not bother us. The TVs however could use some updating to smart TVs for streaming.

unit a/c didn’t cool as well as I would have liked. only went down to about 72-74 which was warmer than I prefer. Interior was clean but exterior should have cobwebs swept off porch furniture. Had issue with master shower not draining but that was promptly resolved. The pool needs a facelift with some cracks in the coping and tile surround.

2 beds in 1st bedroom need replacement. huge sinkholes in the middle of both. Uncomfortable and caused back problems in all kids.

room numbers are confusing 3432 means building #3 room 432 on 4th floor the first number normally designated the floor number no where did it make that clear had to ask security to get an answer Vacasa staff could not help with this situation more a Vacasa issue not the property

our unit was not very clean

There were no sheets on any of the beds. We were told sheets were coming so we unpacked and went to dinner. When we returned at 9:30 we were told we were being moved to another unit because they couldn’t get anyone there with sheets. Had to repack

This was our first stay in High pointe, and won’t be our last. The condo was beautifully decorate and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! Perfect location, walking distance to Rosemary and Alys beaches.

The Vacasa staff (located in the building next to the hotel) were very friendly and helpful when we needed 2 additional wrist bands (needed for access to/from beach gate). Our apartment (3423) was on the fourth floor of building 3 and had a great view of the pool and partial view of ocean. The room was clean and kitchen had all needed cups, plates, pans, etc. We had to buy coffee and filters, but Publix was a short drive nearby. Bring extra washing and dishwasher pods from home. Our apartment came with an umbrella and 2 free beach chairs and 2 free bikes during our stay (Wed-Wed…previous review mentioned a problem, but we had no issue). Because we came in September, there were fewer guests staying at the property. This was the first time working with Vacasa and we were very satisfied and will gladly work with them in the future.

Only a small complaint: we had to call/text for assistance at the bike hut. Since it was a slow week, perhaps they didn’t have a dedicated person to stay at the hut. It only took 10-15 minutes for someone to come. So it wasn’t a big deal.

The view! The pool was great for the girls. They loved it. This room had a perfect view of everything. The room overall was fantastic.

The king bed was super firm. Had to sleep on the sofa. The coffee pot had not bee cleaned. I cleaned it. But I would stay there again because the view was worth it all.

The condo was clean, gorgeous and great location. I would always stay at this condo. We had the third floor, overlooking the pool with a great balcony ocean view. Great size rooms with great large kitchen. All the comforts of home. The only negative was the collection of the keys. It took us an hour to find out where and how we collect them. After a long phone call we finally found out how to collect them. The security for the property was awesome. The condo was excellent for handicapped people, elevator( never crowded ),and ramps everywhere, even all the way to the beach.

Kitchen poorly stocked

The unit was clean and in a great location. Perfect for families, especially those with small children.

The management, vacasa, high pointe, and dolce vita all seem to have different policies in place and lack the communication skills required to work together effectively. We were there for a week for my late sons birthday and were told we’d have beach chairs and an umbrella. We are a family of five with twin five year olds so having shade, good sight lines, and being by the water was important.At the chair hut, we were told that Bc we didn’t check in on Sunday we could not reserve our chairs by the water, even though we were on the list for chairs and an umbrella. Also,as side note, all of the chairs along the beach were empty and we were there at 8:45am to get them. There was literally no one there but us . Apparently, there is a list that ONLY goes from Sunday to Sunday so if you book any other days other than Sunday-Sunday you either have to purchase chairs directly from them (60.00per day)or you’re out of luck. This was for the entire week-no exceptions. After calling back and forth to figure out the chair situation ultimately no one called me back and I was never refunded for the chairs that were included in my reservation .The whole reason for us booking High Pointe was to be on the beach by the water-not up by the sea grass. Ultimately, we bought lawn chairs and set up ourselves after the third day of not being able to get chairs. If I were the owner of this property I would be very concerned about how their property is being managed and the satisfaction of their guests. We were looking forward to booking here annually , but will now be booking elsewhere.

the only complaint was that there was sugar ants in the kitchen. but when staff was called, they set up to get pest control asap, which was great!

The location is excellent, love having Crabby Steve's right there. Love being able to walk across the street for restaurants, Starbucks and snacks

The unit we rented was subpar.....we have stayed at Highpoint 6 times and even though the units are individually owned if they are going to rent them out under Vacasa, they should have to meet a minimum standard. The cleaning that was done wasn't great, the tub wasn't very clean and furniture was dusty. I saw another review about the furniture on the deck being broken. Still is. Only having 1 chair wasn't acceptable. The people below us rented 3233 and it was beautiful, nicely decorated and furnished. Unit 3333 had minimum utinsils for cooking . I would not stay in this unit again. Matresses worn and bedspreads are old.

The ocean view was excellent.

This condo was quite dirty. My bare feet were black after walking around on the floor. Also, the day after we arrived, an exterior renovation commenced. The noise was so loud I had trouble hearing my conference calls for work. I think it was disingenuous on the part of the owner to rent out this unit without telling us about the renovation. Otherwise, we would not have rented this unit. The washer was broken and made loud sounds. At least 1 outlet was dead. The TV in the living room did not have very many channels. The gate code we were given to return to the property from the beach did not work.

Easy to access the beach and also has a fantastic pool. Units have water views. There’s a fun restaurant Crabby Steve’s that’s on property that has good food and beverages. Well runner by Mgmt company Vacasa.

There was exterior construction ongoing that made the balcony overlooking the beach unusable. This was not disclosed prior to booking. I would not have booked this property if I had known about the construction.

It’s a home away from home, with a vacation feel to it. The scene from the balcony is awesome.

The location was great! The space was a good size. The pool area was beautiful.

The condo that we stayed in needs some updating. The outdoor chairs were ripped and worn, couches were very worn, bathtub in the master was either dirty or just stained and the carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced. I would possibly come back to High Pointe again, but would not stay in this condo. When you stay in a place as nice as this, you expect those things to be standard.
