Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Aside from having perfect Mt Fuji view in my room, the staffs here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future if ever I decide to visit the Mt Fuji area.

The view of Fuji Mountain is spectacular. The package includes buffet dinner and free access to the hot spring next to the hotel. Great food and super nice hot spring! They also have free shuttle bus the train station where you can take bus to do cruise at the lake, etc. Highly recommended.

Warm hospitality, free onsen admission and free shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko station”
Free admission for Fujiyama Onsen, which is a big thumb up! Free shuttle provided to/from Kawaguchiko station, just give the hotel a call at the station and they will arrange a van to fetch you within 5 to 10 mins. Breakfast was served in buffet style, you can get Japanese and also western foods. The foods served by the Japanese restaurant in ground floor is great too. Hotel staff were friendly, nice, and helpful.

Massage chair & sauna in your room!”
We were surprised to see the massage chair & immediately put it to good use after a good soak in onsen. Not to mention that you can sauna in your own bathroom too. Wished we stayed more than a night.

This is highly recommend hotel location is nearby the Fuji-Q Highland theme Park; hotel one side facing Mt Fuji another side is facing Fuji-Q park, for in-house guest hotel provide free hot spring and cheaper ticket to Fuji-Q, especially for guest can go to park earlier at 08:45 (normal is 0900). in front of the hotel have free shuttle bus to loop Mt Fuji Highland Resort, Fujikyu Highland, Mt Fuji station and Kawaguchiko Station etc. My room is facing the Mt Fuji and we can enjoy the amazing Mt Fuji view when we woke up (we were so luck that day had very good weather) and also in breakfast restaurant.
