Hotel was beautiful its self was beautiful. There was about a 35-45 minute wait to get checked in but the Staff was courteous. The room was clean I expected it to be slightly bigger but overall it was great. The location of the hotel is great ! Lots of food / entertainment options within a few miles radius.

Kid friendly and very clean!”
I stayed here with my husband and two small children. My babies enjoyed the pool and water slide area. There is a bar and grill right by the pool! They will even bring the food to you, so you don’t have to leave your babies unattended. Very clean and kid friendly hotel.

Room was big and clean. Nothing super fancy but nice for the price. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Beautiful lobby and large gym. Starbucks in the lobby was great before Disney. Quick walk to the park.

Great Room, Great View of Disneyland”
Everything was great except that the heater was not working properly. We had to dress VERY warm and stay under the blankets to stay warm—no matter what setting we used on the thermostat, nothing changed.

It can get very busy, crowded and noisy as it is a convention center. Walking distance to restaurants and CVS. Staff are friendly. Bathroom can be revamped- bit old. Overall good stay, would have liked complimentary water or slippers being a Hilton.

Just Ok”
The hotel itself was comfortable. The biggest negative was how they nickel and dime the crap out of you. They charge for parking (self and valet), they charge to use the gym, they charge $15 per adult for the shuttle to Disney, and they charge for WIFI! Was a little ridiculous. I would not stay here again, there are way more options at a better value

Irresponsible reception staff ”
My father handed over his passport at the time of check out and forgot to take it back from the receptionist. It didn’t occur to the receptionist even at that time to hand it back to him, and he was in the hotel for another 30 mins, and still she didn’t realize. Until we got to the airport my dad didn’t realize he left the passport, and then he had to miss his flight. Yes there was a mistake on our part, but the staff should have been more alert and attentive that a guest left his passport and should have at least tried contacting him.

Location is great, walking distance to the mart where you can buy drink with cheaper price we used lyft to tranport us to Disneyland and cost us below $10 The hotel is also come with laundromat facility which is a plus for me that travel with kid. Thanks

The location is great if you're attending a conference and is a few minutes closer than the Marriott. And is only an 8 minutes Uber ride to Disneyland! The hotel has a Starbucks, a food court, general store, gift shop, bar... the standards. The rooms need a refresh, nothing special about the decor and the carpets in my room were stained.

Very nice upon arrival, however, once you get into the room it’s different. There was a hole above our shower. The sink was clogged, and the shower water struggled to go down as well. The worst part, though, was waking up at 2:30am to the sound of water running down from the ceiling. Had to turn off AC and place the ice bucket under the drip.

This hotel needs to be upgraded. The bathroom door in our room was falling off, the sheetrock in the bathroom had gotten wet at some point and started to peel. This is a very large hotel with a lot of rooms so I can understand maintenance is a lot of work but it wouldn't take much to bring my scores up.

Location and amenities were great. The rooms need a bit of updating. Blood spots on the white comforters,bathroom sink was clogged and cracked , old white towels - with odd smell. One of the worst room condition hotels I have stayed at.

Room fridge was broken, hairs in the tub when we checked in. The hotel just needs an upgrade the carpet looks old and the interior painting in the rooms is crap and dreary. Next time I will spend more money on a room so I can actually feel like I’m on vacation.

Hotel is closed ”
Arrived at hotel and it is closed. I was charged for two nights and two rooms. We arrived at 8PM and no answer from anyone. We have two small children this was horrible. You should definitely not allow to book property’s that are closed.
