Our Stay in the Hotel was lovely! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is very well located. It was extremely value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel in Beirut.

Comfortable and convenient ”
There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, the room clean and comfortable. Except for the during check in they miss out that we booked with breakfast but they rectified the next day. The staff are nice and friendly. Will be back again.

Perfet hotel with a perfect location”
It was a great hospitality, perfect welcoming, the staff was well trained. i waited for short time till i checked in, but it wasn't so long. Rooms is big in size, comfortable, neat, clean & modern furniture. The pool is big & deep with two bars. Restaurant isn't so expensive, & food is so tasty. The location is perfect near to downtown & shopping areas. I recommend everybody to stay in this hotel, a perfect hotel with a perfect destination.

Very good. couple of things that bothered me and my guests; Parking and Internet. I could park my car for free, but it is a major inconvenience as there is no access to the hotel from the parking areas. Internet was also expensive, it should have been included in the rate, it is expected from a 5 stars hotel.

Hotel was ok”
We choose this place because it was close to our family's home (otherwise the location isn't that great). We liked the spacious rooms and the service was good in general - there were a few things which bothered us though, for example there was only one glas for the minibar although we were two people, we had ordered another pillow and it took 30 min to come. The parking price was expensive!

La habitacion era espaciosa pero tanto la moqueta como los muebles y el baño estaban sucios y olian mal. No tiene calidad de 5 estrellas. Da igual lo grande que sea la habitacion, baño o la terraza. Este hotel necesita cambiar como minimo la moqueta del suelo, esta llena de manchas y huele horrible. El spa estaba bien y el personal muy atento y amable.

جميع الموظفين في الفندق طاقة ايجابيه .. واعتقد سكنت الفندق اكثر من سبع مرات ولا افكر اسكن غير هالفندق.. الغرف وسيعه والبلكونه كبيره والحمام كبير ويوجد شطاف .. شكرا لجميع الموظفين من اكبرهم الى اصغرهم🌹
