first i should note that the staff at this hotel take the covid situation seriously. after the cleaning staff exits your room, they put a seal on it so you know the room is clean and untouched. second, the location is fantastic. it has access to paypay dome and the huge shopping center mark is, which has decent food and shopping. you can also access e-zo fukuoka boss, which just opened on july 21. the hotel is near the beach and a 15min walk to fukuoka tower and the city museum. there are plenty of bus stops nearby as well. third, i visited the clouds restaurant and bar on my final night and it was a really lovely restaurant. the view is nice even on a rainy night. its worth a visit. the only slight complaint i have is that there are no menus online of any of the restaurant. for someone who does not speak japanese, and as a solo traveler, i was nervous going to a hotel restaurant not knowing whats available on the menu.

Stayed one night at the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk as an American and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The place was amazing and all the staff was exceptionally helpful from the time We arrived to the time we left. The staff also spoke English which was another positivism note! 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

Spent a few nights in Fukuoka Hilton. Staff very helpful and accommodating including making dinner reservations when we were unable to in Japanese. Our light wasn’t working so they immediately fixed it and compensated us with a board of treats.

Nice roof at the dining area. Spacious lobby. Breakfast was great. Polite and welcoming staff. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The lobby's at around 4th floor. About 1 km away from the subway station. Booked this hotel because of an event at Yahuoka dome. It's pretty convenient but not that close to the area I needed to go at the dome as I thought. Overall, a pleasant stay.

4-star hotel without room wifi”
Room's wifi are only for the premium guests (Hilton members). Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel's TV is a smart TV so I was able to stream my Netflix on it. Its bathroom was squeaky clean, too.

Nice hotel with thoughtful service ”
Hilton Fukuoka is a huge hotel with full suite of facilities, mostly with a fee and shopping options on site and at the nearby Mark-is Mall. Although some travellers may find the location too far from city, I like its proximity to the beach and it is easy to drive and park at the hotel. Public transport were not too much of a hassle as well. Downside of the hotel was the sheer number of guests and queues formed at restaurants and onsen. Even the check in process at non peak hours were slow due to the queue. Notwithstanding, the service recovery and hospitality shown by Duty Manager Rumi Medoruma, more than make up for any misgivings. Ms Medoruma was patient and thoughtful and made our stay a pleasant one.

I reserved a deluxe twin room for seven nights with a request for an extra bed as there were 3 of us. I got upgraded to a family room with 4 beds at no additional cost! And we had a room facing the beach so it was truly good! I did not opt forbreakfast to be included as they just have buffet breakfast & we are not really heavy eaters breakfastime. But you can always inform the desk if you want to have huffet breakfast & they can reserve a table for you. The Hilton Sea Hawk Fukuoka afforded us a memorable vacation.

Best for those with a lot of money”
You can’t access all places unless you pay money. Other hotels will let you see without paying and even more beautiful. Lunch buffet is not for all. Their food have limited variations and not appealing.

Nice room but others were worthless ”
Room was spacious and clean. Location wise, not your typical central located but fair enough if you do drive. If by public transport better avoid. Staff seriously really bad in this class of hotel. No bell boy assisting with luggage, concierge wasn't helpful and cold. The training for the staffs are seriously badly needed.
