I was pleasantly surprised with Hilton Garden Inn Astana, the staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located very close to the Opera House, and the malls. Overall good hotel

Good location but no pool”
Less than 30 mins from the airport. Very close to the Opera and a small-scale mall. Baiterek Tower and the iconic Khan Shatyr Mall designed by Norman Foster are within walking distance (20 mins?). Also very close to the main business district. Hotel looks new. Gym was ok - spacious but a little sparsely equipped and doesn't look very modern. No swimming pool which was a bummer. I used the hotel to book a taxi a couple of times. Did it one evening and it was not ready when I came down the next morning. The other time was when I went to the airport. The driver tried to charge me a price that was 50% higher than what was agreed and I had to call the hotel to help resolve this. Luckily it worked and the driver even apologised to us. Same rule applies everywhere: try to agree on your taxi price before the ride and make sure you stick to it! The hotel provides a map which I found extremely cluttered and hard to read. Recommend using google maps if you have data on your phone.

The hotel location is the best. Close to the exhibition centre (Korme), close to malls and all sorts of restaurants are walking distance.

Decent price, location is OK if you don't mind walking 15 mins”
The first room they gave us had no hot water. We told the front desk, they insisted we didn't wait long enough for hot water and we had to call them again. It took another 30 mins for a worker to come and check and then another 10 to reconfirm what we already told them. The then sent someone to escort us to our new room and didn't help with our luggage. With all this trouble, they didn't even offer an apology or a room upgrade. They also failed to register us with the local authorities and resulted in trouble for me while leaving the country.

нет ванных принадлежностей таких, как зубная щетка и паста, нет бритвенных приборов. нет мини бара, надо спускать вниз в магазин, что не удобно. не смогла получить закрывающие документы за проживание, тк сб и вск офис не работает, хотя в других отелях ниже классом документы делают в любой день недели. за такую стоимость номера завтрак мог бы быть включен в стоимость.

Не встретили в аэропорту ”
я заказала трансфер с аэропорта. Но никто нас не встретил. Пришлось искать телефон отеля, связываться. Выяснилось что машину вообще не отправляли и сказали, что когда заказываешь номер через агоду нужно всё равно звонить в отель и предупреждать. Я думала это задача агоды. В итоге я сама заказала такси по телефону, т.к. в транспортной службе Аэропорта на тот момент не было машины. В качестве извинений отель угостил нас фруктами и сладостями, но в прикрепленной к ним открытке была указана чужая фамилия... Еще я была удивленна, что служащие отеля не помогают донести вещи до номера...

otelde iş icabı 5 gün kaldım , ilk günden problem yaşamaya başladım, kahvaltı dahil ödeme yaptığım halde 3. gün sabahı restorandan beni geri çevirdiler kahvaltı hakkımın olmadığını söylediler itiraz ettim resepsiyona yönlendirdiler gidip konuştum , pardon yanlışlık olmuş dediler ve şimdi kahvaltıya geçebilirsiniz ifadesini kullandılar , o gün kahvaltı yaptım çıktım , son güne kadar kahvaltıya inmedim , 5. gün sabah çıkarken 2 gün gün kahvaltı ücreti ödemediğimi idda ettiler ve artık çok sinirlenmiştim , birdaha bu otelin adını bile duymak istemiyorum, ayrıca banyoda bornoz yoktu, diş fırçası gibi hiç bir ihtiyaç malzemesi de yoktu odamda .... kısacası bir daha asla asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel
