Hilton Hanoi Opera is a great place to stay in Hanoi. It's very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, where all the restaurants and bars are. The hotel room was clean, the staff were exceptionally polite and it was a lovely stay overall. Definitely recommended.

Great location and helpful staff, but it is still far from open after the covid . So we had to go out for drinks and a meal . Super discounted prices at the moment . Breakfast was nice and the pool to ourselves was good . Some areas need a bit if cleaning after the long shutdown ( pool could do with a good scrub

Facilities need to be upgraded and rooms revamped. For the price it is not so good value for money. Although it is walking distance to some of the famous sites and shopping district.

Good location and decent rooms but breakfast menu was the same every single day and very slow service at the reception, check-in, check-out. Would not stay for personal holiday but great place for business travel.
