Excellent Hotel”

Arriving in January, the hotel was only 30% occupied but the staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly given that we arrived at 3 am. Reception were full of smiles and they upgraded us free of charge. The beds were comfortable although there was no wall to wall carpeting only two small rugs. Hence the room was a bit cold unless you turned on the heater. Be careful to request a view of the beach as this adds to the magical experience. Ask for room 5213, which is where we stayed and it was a great room with a great view. Both breakfast and supper were good buffets and the beach restaurant had western style sandwiches for lunch. Excellent value. Excellent hotel. Hurghada is a jewel not known by many.

Great relexing place”

A relaxing journey spent at the Hilton Hurghada Resort. you can go to the private beach to enjoy beautiful sunshine and great food and beverage or sitting at the balcony where have nice garden view to enjoy the quiet surroundings. staffs are all fiendly and helpful. Especially, great super value for all these.

We chose this hotel based on location and price. We stayed for five nights. Upon arrival there is a large lobby with plenty of seating and friendly helpful door staff. The young lady that checked us in was delightful...friendly and kind. We one room, with a King bed. it had a lovely view of the pool area and palm trees. It had a large balcony and was very quiet. The usual amenities adorned the room, coffee maker, mini bottles of decent shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. food and service was good. We also ate two breakfasts in the main restaurant. . preferring a smaller meal they were kind enough to allow an order of a single egg and toast. Very personal service, the waiter kept visiting and calling us his family. :) We didn't see many young children at this hotel but I'm sure that changes based on time of year/week.

Tired hotel but great value for money”

I was roomed across from the main hotel complex, but the facilities were very good. Despite being put in a ‘good’ room, it was very tired indeed; both towel rails came off the wall at one time or another; shower cleanliness was a bit suspect given the age of the grouting (grotty comes to mind), the overall decor was pretty outdated and the provision of power points poor (although I doubt the electrical circuit could take any more load!) However, the bed was extremely comfortable and staff attitude / service was excellent. And let’s not forget the room price; a third the price of the Marriott! Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, but only really on the basis of value for money; wouldn’t be going there on honeymoon until after the refurbishment!

Friendly Staff, Good Beach - For transit”

This hotel was chosen for the price and distance to the airport. The beach was nice and small, however this could be an issue during peak times. The pool had a lifeguard/observer near the waterslide. The room was a great size, with a large bathroom. Staff were happy to help, and responded to issues with a blown fuse, and the missing complimentary bottled water. A staff member did visited at the 'Cafe' to ask for feedback, and was keen to address any issues. The room in general was a bit dated, however it does seem they are doing renovations. Location-wise it is within walking distance to the markets/stalls - about 15mins+

great value”

We began our vacation at the Hilton with a misstep, but after that it was very good. The waiters and cooks were wonderfully nice, the pool staff was great and my massage with Akmed was fantastic.

Great resort”

Great resort, very easy to relax. The pool area was good with a bar that sells gin and tonics even if they are over priced. I will bring my own bottle of gin next time. Be careful about using the hotel taxi service as they talk in Euro's and is expensive.

Good transit hotel ”

It’s pretty old building and rooms need to renovated coz all seams to be in a pretty shabby shape. Rooms need to be deep cleaned too. Convenient location so I would say it’s an appropriate transit option, not a place to stay for long time. Pools are great. Breakfast was good. Had a very disappointing pizza experience in a lobby so wouldn’t advise to eat there. I would highlight team attitude and effort level! Had a luggage issue at the airport and few more ‘inconveniences ’ during my stay BUT guys at reception (Mahmoud & Hafiz) were more than great in attending to everything, help me and other guests out plus keeping a good spirit along the way. So they pretty much made my stay.

Quite reasonable with good beach”

room facilities, services, and the beach are pretty good and great value for money. it was a bit far from downtown, but 10egyptian pound per a trip was totally acceptable. although, water from bathtab did not go through a pipe and flew backward to the bathroom floor in our room.

Great. One negative point: computers haven't work so couldn't surf in internet. Wifi works but no phone, no tablet, no wifi!

Nice hotel for Egypt”

Internet here costs a fortune, but its a large, nice hotel for families in the wretched country of Egypt. If you insist on going to Egypt, then you should stay at a hotel like this.

Lots of activities to keep one busy. Good variety of food. Huge property.

Ants, bad food”

1- we arrived 2pm but our room wasnt ready, we asked when it will be ready they just till us to wait and they will till us. 2- there was ants and other bugs in the room, the hotel used bestiside but they still comming. 3- refregerator isnt working, we asked to change it but the new one wasnt working too. 4- very bad food ( prison food).
