Hotel is in the middle of London and covers many city areas. Good to come from Heathrow airport. to Paddington station.

we stayed for 7 days like a nightmare to us 1. We had a problem with bathroom the water were to small and sometimes it didnt come out did complain it to the hotel and they send the maintenance to repair it but from day 1 until day 7 it still the same. They dont offer us to change the room or what so ever. 2. Problem with the aircon cannot reduce it or change anything we all freezing in our room. Same maintenance guys repair it but still cannot do anything on that. I guess he having the same complain everyday so he used to it.

The property and staff are excellent. The lifts are constantly out of operation and it takes 10-15 minutes to get up or down. If this is the case in my next trip in October, it will be my last stay. Very frustrating to everyone.

Surrounded by restaurants, cafés and many shops. Close to the train station and bus stations. Good WiFi service. A bit small rooms but acceptable. Make sure you ask for a newly refurbished room.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to 2 Edgware Road give stations. The hotel is modern, new and clean although the rooms are slightly on the smaller side. One thing the hotel can improve is the pressure of water in the shower.
