We had stayed for 2 nights, and it was superb. The staff are very accommodating, polite, and helpful. From our room requests and other assistance. The room is very cozy, spaceous, and cold. It’s very clean and organized. The bathroom is also clean and maintained very well. The bef is spacious and tall, the pillows are so soft. The swimming pool is huge. The water is also lukewarm. The breakfast at Kusina is a diverse. It has variety of morning food. I like their hashbrown and omelette! It was a 10+ for a rating. I can’t say any negative thing about our stay. We all loved it. We would definitely come back again. 🤗

Never doubt Hilton”
Stayed for one night as it's located close to the airport. Regretted that we only stayed for one night - it was amazing. Hilton should never be outlooked when it comes to choosing a hotel accommodation. They thought of everything including a pillow menu (it has inspired me to get king-sized pillows for our own home). The pool is massive, multiple restaurants in the hotel as well as across (in Newport Mall). Within half an hour of our stay, I got a txt message sent to my phone just checking in. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything is excellent. Very accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay. I just can't describe how happy we are staying with you. Kiel is very pleasant and has a positive attitude. Kudos to Eva from the Kusina restaurant for breakfast. She is very approachable and very professional and friendly! All the staffs are well trained and wonderful.

Honest review”
This is by far the best hotel stay I had in the PH. The amount of money is worthy every penny. We had an issue with our room as the ref is usually now left vacant due to covid19. When we bought some refreshments downstairs and decided to put stuff in - we noticed items left by the previous guests. We quickly alerted the management and they were quick to respond. They came in and took a picture of it and then made a report about it. They then offered us another room as they said the room will be needed to be cleaned and disinfected. For the inconvenience, they also said we could have a late check-out to compensate for our troubles. The food was superb even if the choices was limited. The staff was attentive and gracious and I would not hesitate to book with them again. All in all the stay was pleasant and well enjoyed. I do hope you experience the same thing as well.

Hilton is one of my favorite hotels in the metro for a staycation. Staff are superb in terms of service and the facilities are pretty nice. I also love the breakfast and seafood buffet. They also have one of the best Chinese restaurants. My stay here is always a great experience!

Stay at Hilton with a baby ”
We came to stay in Manila for a couple days and chose the Hilton as our accommodation. In the notes I wrote that I was coming with a small baby a nine month old and requested a crib if available. The Hilton went above and beyond and not only provided a crib but also had a bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer and baby bath waiting in the room for me as well. I was very impressed by this and very appreciative. The Hilton made an effort to reach out and make sure that our stay was perfect at any opportunity they had. One of our suitcases had a lock on it and we had lost the key. They were able to help us with no problem when it came to opening it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful especially with a baby. We were three adults and one baby and our stay was great. The Hilton can be a little pricey, but I must say it is worth every cent, I highly recommend.

Family, couple, business travel recommended ”
I really love our 1st time stay in this hotel. Excellent service of the staffs from the time we arrived, from security, to their hotel ambassador and restaurant staffs from Kusina restaurant. They will anticipate & attend to your needs right away. Our hotel room is super clean and I love scent of the room. All the utensils like cups are covered & not exposed. Tho there’s a threat of covid but you feel safe while staying in this hotel. I have a toddler and she really enjoy her stay & the kids pool.

A Luxury Hotel with Top Notch Service”
My wife and I have been to many luxury hotels and I have to say, Hilton Manila is one of the best in their category! A few days before we checked in, I got a message inquiring about our purpose of stay. So I told them it's a staycation with my wife as we celebrate our anniversary. Never thought anything to it as some hotels make the same inquiry. When we got to our room, they decorated it with a banner and balloons and a small cake! Wow thank you! It was very thoughtful of your Reservations Team to do so! We feel the love! At the end of the day, it is the staff/employees who create that awesome customer experience. We will def be back! Five star service indeed”
Very good customer service from the housekeeping, concierge, kusina kitchen front desk, servers, chef in pancake and omelette area. Everyone is very courteous and accommodating. Facilities and security is also excellent. One thing needs to be improve is the room should be kept clean even no one stays because i notice the headboard and duvet of our bed is quite dusty so we have to shake off some of them before we sleep.

Pool and their pool bar was definitely a star. Their staff are really super nice too. There was a free mini cake for my birthday. We were also given free upgrade and free late check out. Although the late check out was due to some inconvenience brought by the hard rain. Still id say i will definitely be back and will recommend Hilton to family and friends.

Another Great Stay at Hilton”
Had a great stay at Hilton Resorts World. It was our first return visit post pandemic and we were delighted with our stay. The room was beautiful, the premises are well laid out, great pool area, and nice casino on site. Special thanks to the dayshift front desk staff. They are super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got us in early, and it was our anniversary which they provided small extras for mama. Don’t let me forget the buffet, it was wonderful.

Our stay in Hilton was awesome, according to my 9 year-old son. Coming from bataan, it was easy going to the hotel via skyway and naiax, and the hotel was strategically convenient for us, since my husband was arriving that night from terminal 3. Hotel staffs were courteous and nice, and accommodated our requests. Loved the location, there’s a McDonalds and 7-11 beside the hotel main entrance, and newport mall just in front of the hotel. The kids loved the swimming pool, the water is warm and the depth of the pool is just right for my kids. We had a very nice stay, and looking forward to our next booking.

Hilton Staff made our stay SUPERB”
Hilton being an outstanding hotel is already given. Their staff made our stay really comfortable. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, from their security staff, bellmen, concierge, receptionists, restaurant manager and attendants, to their housekeepers. Cleanliness and safety protocol is also observed. I am not going to enumerate it but each of our family members have their own story that the staff made things more convenient for us whenever they can. We welcomed 2022 at the right place!

This is one of the luxury hotel in Pasig, If you are looking a place where you can eat shop, gamble this is the place for you. The hotel is connected to shopping malls and other hotel within New World Resot. There's also other restaurants arou f the hotel which gives you a variety of choices to go out and eat.

Enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and very comfy. The staff were very responsive too, and i didnt wait long before the items that i requested were brought to my room. Also, i love the concept of the breakfast buffet. It has a lot of options but not too overwhelming. I love that there were waiters going from table to table offering hot pandesal or taho.

Wedding Stay”
My husband and I stayed in Hilton Manila the day before our wedding, and we had a great time. We booked two suite rooms. They were really spacious. One of the rooms were not that clean, because we saw a used cotton bud that wasn't cleaned up. Regarding the facilities and amenities, we used the pool and stayed by the bar. Pool is not too deep and it has a kiddie area. Since we stayed there before the wedding, we had to do last minute preps like steam/press my gown. Hilton Manila didn't have that service so I had to use the iron and do it by myself in the room. it was a bit of a hassle because i had to stay up ironing the gown the night before my wedding. But it's ok. Overall stay was great, and value for money was ok too. Will book again :)

5 Star Service and Staff, BUT.......”
Pay close attention to your room charges. A breakfast for two was charged to our room withour our consent and it was ridiculously expensive and we did not use it because we got in late and had an early flight the next morning, yet they still insisted on charging us. Although our stay was pleasant, i will not likely come back to this hotel just because i feel defrauded over a $2500 peso breakfast. The transportation services to and from the airport are 5 star, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, but be prepared to tip EVERYONE, they wont let you even touch your bags because they hope to get a tip, thats understandable, but annoying. The hotel is clean and very secure, if you are not a guest there, you aint getting in, period. The rooms are nice, spacious and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is phenomenal. The bed is comfortable. Once you are outside of your room, you wont have any privacy, you will he greeted, followed and ushered, although its nice to be recognized and acknowledged, its a bit overkill and quite annoying. In conclusion, if you are on a bugdet or just a cheap person in general, stay clear of this hotel, they will milk you for every dime.
