A really lovely Hilton property! The room was extremely clean and beautiful, the staff were so friendly and polite, the spa was incredible. The 2 on-site pools are beautiful. You can also use the pool across the street at the double tree. My only complaint is there is nowhere in the hotel to buy snacks/water/any items you forgot, but I will say there is a convenience store close by. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional Hotel”
This hotel and location exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. We can speak Japanese but almost everyone was able to communicate with us in English as well. The hotel breakfast was great, although by day 6 we were wishing for a change-up in the menu. There's an amazing coffee roaster across the street that has delicious coffee roasted on the premises and awesome ice cream. There are also a ton of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel has clearly thought about their guest's safety during COVID. We never felt uneasy about anything in that regard. The ocean-view room was well worth it and our kids loved waking up to the sun rising over the ocean. We only had a couple complaints. The bed was really really hard and hurt our backs for the first few days. That's pretty typical in Japan. The second, none of the poolside drinks and snacks bars were open. It would have been nice to order those things while lounging by the pool. Other than that, we loved our stay here and would definitely come back in the future.

Amazing Experience in Okinawa”
It is more expensive but in this case you do get value for your money. After flying the whole night and touring whole day it was a delight to check into this modern, clean hotel.The room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean and pools.The executive lounge has a very nice breakfast and It was perfect location is right by the sea, Easy walk to American Village for shopping and restaurants (but these are not primarily your typical Japanese style) and very central for day trips.I will definitely come back to Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort for our next trip. Thanks :)

Luxurious stay, could have spent all week here!”
The Hilton was a spontaneous booking when we weren't satisfied with another resort in Okinawa, a larger island than expected and much more built up. Because things are so spread out, it was hard to choose a location to stay in. The American Village is right on the doorstep, with plenty of eating and drinking options. There are amusements nearby too so plenty for a family to stay a longer period of time. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating from the start. The rooms are big (for Japan) and extremely comfortable with big, soft beds and new style bathrooms. There is ample toiletries and free water is provided. We used the indoor pool as it was too cold for the two outdoor pools but would love to come back in the summer time. You have to wear a hat in the pool. Many other hotels charged to use the pools so we were glad not to have to pay here!! Overall, a taste of luxury we wished we'd accessed before!

First trip to Okinawa : Amazing experience ”
Glad to have chosen this hotel for my first ever trio to Okinawa. Very enjoyable, relaxing and beautiful environment outside of naha. Location is tip top right next to the American village and being somewhere in the mid point of the island, it's an ideal place to be of you plan to visit both northern and southern parts of Okinawa. I chose a room with balcony and Seaview and it's very delightful to wake up in the morning and showing my 8 mth old daughter such a wonderful view. I would definitely go for this hotel again in the future.

New and modern resort hotel”
This hotel is new with modern design. The resort with a good designed outdoor swimming pool - good for kids too. The breakfast is the best out of three hotels I stayed in Okinawa this trip - with large variety of international food and choices - even with Liquid Nitrogen Yogurt Ice Cream! It is prime location at American Village and convenient to sightseeing. It is a good place to stay to also visit other areas.

Best Hotel in Okinawa”
Overall speaking it is a wonderful experience staying in Hilton Chatan. The location is 5 minutes walk nearby American village with all different kinds of restaurants and shops. The room is very clean and the balcony view is invincible. You can see the sunset every afternoon if you like. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Perfect!!!
