Loving Sea salt Swiming Pool!!”
The hotel was pretty busy when we arrived, it was running on very high occupancy I would say but the check-in was done smoothly. The only thing i must complain about is that we were asking for a smoking room and we were given a non-smoking room. Stuff is on top of their jobs, even though there was not many of them to approach you, but whatever was asked - it was done in a reasonable time. Our experience while booking via Agoda tho was not the best, as we were "sold" for one price, to have another price at the end without to opt for breakfast even!!! Don't think we will book any hotel again with Agoda.

My family and I are very satisfied with the international service given by Chef Jerome and Mam Lory (from reception) and Htun(Kitchen). Jerome really provided quality food that satisfies our tastes buds, it feels like home in a different country. Meanwhile, Lory also provide quality service in terms of our questions with the hotel accommodations. Lastly, the service provided to us by Htun during our dinner, breakfast and lunch is commendable. Amazing Hotel. If you just want to relax and do nothing, this is the perfect place to do it. We had a beachfront villa, every Morning we started the day off with a early Morning dip in the sea, which was a stone throw away from the Villa. We also did the same at Sunset. The hotel was very clean and very well organized in a Covid society. All the staff were very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is fully staffed which is apparent and helped make our stay more enjoyable. We had a short wait for checkin, but there was always someone around to help if we had questions or needed something. Room service was prompt and the staff were always nearby and helpful. We found the resort charming with the Arabic feel to it, and it is big enough that we never felt crowded, even though it fully booked when we arrived. I have already recommended the Hilton to my friends and we're planning another trip there in October for when it is a bit cooler outside and can really enjoy the outdoor facilities.

Ocean view suite with special memories”
We got upgraded and it was our very 1st time thanks to Hilton. I must add to receive beyond expectations is always good. Check-in was a breeze and the view from the suite was sweet. We enjoyed the pool view from one side of the balcony and the other side was the ocean stretching across the horizon. Loved the sunsets and sound of the waves. We highly recommend the resort for the hospitality and service.

Sea Facing villa”
The Hilton has two sides - one the regular hotel building and the other side while are all villas either next to a pool or seafront. This is the side you want to stay as it luxurious, laid out, green and also spacious. Allows a lot of area to walk around relax soak in teh beach as well as use multiple pool;s there. Well worth the stay and we will eb back for sure.

Perfect holiday”
We stayed in a family room which had 2 double beds. Such a beautiful sea view from the balconies which are pretty decent in size. Property is facing a huge beach with lots n lots of sitting benches. Lot of pools and activities for kids. One of the pool with a big slide also has temperature control. Breakfast was excellent and also some of the snacks served at the lobby level. Clinton and Suri stood out for me in their service while I dined in cafe. Even the other staff including housekeeping, reception etc were very courteous. I would definitely recommend this property

One of the best beach resorts that we have stayed. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Check in and check out was seamless. Great breakfast spread. Only suggestion is to have more vegetarian food options in the restaurants / room service.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton RAK, it is very convenient and the kids were so happy with the waterslide and the different pools and beach front. Only downside is that not all restaurants are open all the time. BUt overall highly recommended.
