Did not order room with breakfast. First breakfast was bought at ground floor. Price for breakfast should have included coffe and juice, but instead this was extras that made this breakfast cost $10 over the same and much better breakfast bought at Hilton Santa Clara. The rest of the days I had breakfast outside the hotel. But the rooms, general service is good. Bar area is nice. The hotel has contract with a Lincoln driver that functions like an ordinary cab. Prices are the same as a cab, the driver is very helpful and nice to chat with. Recommend this instead of a traditional cab.

Nice and Lovely Hotel with Great location”
the hotel is a great place for traveller. near to the great america parkway if travel with family for them to enjoy while on business. the hotel is also closed to great america parkmall for the family to shop for clothes and gifts for the family or friends.

The service was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Pet fee was not charged, and the staff were friendly to human and pet, too. The bar was good, too. Not so special food, but the drink selection was ok and the service wasvery good there, too.

It's all perfect.... service , clean room, but one thing 2 people knock on my door around 11am and after and my check out time is 12 .. except that it was all good.. soft pillow and blanket ..

The hotel is old. Breakfast sucks. The TV remote control was broken and fixed by tape. Could not get water after 9:00pm.
