Hilton's staff are the best ”
It's one of the best times I've been to Sharm El Sheikh and I really enjoyed it. The staff are wonderful and very helpful especially Mr. Mohamed El-Shimy he helped us and cooperated with us and thanks to him the booking was quick and without problems. In the end I think Hilton Sharks Bay is the convenient solution and I will come back to him soon

Really, it is a wonderful place characterized by sophistication and beauty, and what distinguishes it from the flexible and polite dealings of the staff, especially Mr. Mohamed El-Shimy, he is really a very polite and very cooperative man The place is characterized by the presence of a beautiful beach along with various swimming pools and is also characterized by cleanliness. I highly recommend Hilton Sharks Bay and will wait to try again later

Stay with 2 friends for diving”
Location is good. Can walk to SOHO area and find several kinds of restaurants. Breakfast is so do, at that time very busy and made long cue. Facility is not so new and furniture of my room was obsoleted. But all in all I can say reasonable choice.

Stayed in Hilton for three days but horrible experience. I stayed in other Hiltons too across the globe but never faced cleanliness issue. My room was not cleaned and when I asked for the reason, there’s no answer. Disappointed badly

Wrong room and bad service, bad management ”
When we came, they gave us only 2 rooms (each room has only 1 ved) instead of 3 twin rooms (with 6 beds in total). They said that they would give us extra lunch and dinner but we didn't accept but they still didn't do anything and solved everything slowly. When we received 2 rooms and saw only 1 king bed in that room and 1 extra beds each bed condition. We already required many times to solve this mátter but no one answet them we had to walk from the room to receptionist and met the manager who promised us to give us 3 twin rooms as we booked and paid at the 6.30am next day. But we waited until 10am and they still didn't do anything. When we crashed them again, they said that they will give us room around 1pm. I was very shocked and disappointed about how they solve this matter and what they promised. Hilton is a famous brand and I worked in Hospitality sector also and very disappointed about what Hilton here did.

Cheap but not as good as it sounds ”
First there’s no way that the food is 5 star although you can eat plenty of it. Also Agoda advertised free 2 way transfers but we actually had to pay ( they did refund us 15 usd and apologized tho). The gym and pools are very nice and you can drink as much beer and vodka as you want but it is cheap local stuff, that is not the best to say the least. Anyway if the price is cheap enough I guess it’s worth staying there for a couple of days.

hotel partagé en deux parties.l'un plus ancienne près de la plage, l'autre plus recente avec de magnifiques piscines.. le recif de corail est magnifique et tres accessible le personnel convivial et serviable preferez la nouvelle partie pour les piscines, les restaurants , les bars. un superbe centre commercial(soho) est tout pres...restaurants, magasins..etc.etc.

sejour en groupe de 13 personnes, chambres satisfaisantes dans l'ancien hotel, piscines magnifiques dans la nouvelle partie de l'hotel, restaurant (sous forme de buffets)excellent dans la nouvelle partie de l'hotel! reef et poissons à volonté.. personnel avenant et gentil! nous y retournerons sans aucun doute l'an prochain. possibilité de se surclasser en arrivant à des tarifs avantageux!
