Great place to relax before my flight”
My flight is on the next day evening so I stayed one night there. I went to Narita terminal 2 airport to get the shuttle bus to hotel but I wanted to check-in faster so instead of taking the bus I took a taxi instead. It costed around 2300 yen which is acceptable. At check- in, a staff recommended me to become a member and it’s free with the benefit I could stay until 3 pm! ^^I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast in the morning, I couldn’t try all of them but they did fill my stomach well until my flight in the evening. I especially like the veggie drink. It’s so refreshing. It is really nice and helpful I spent time the next day peacefully without worrying about check-out time. The swimming pool looks really really nice and they got a huge gym as well. I definitely want to go to their sauna next time coming here. Thank you so much for the best experience before leaving Japan.

Nice hotel the staff is so kind , the hotel is so clean, the checkout is too late you can feel relaxed in this hotel the. Food from breakfast to dinner is excellent i’l probably will stay again soon here nice location with shuttle bus to the airport and to the hotel

It was a really pleasant stay. Clean , comfortable, strong water pressure /shower. The only reason I did not give a rating of 5 was that shuttle service to the airport was only once an hour so I had to take a taxi to the hotel and it cost almost ¥2500. Otherwise, great stay. I would stay here again in the future.

Proximity to airport is a plus factor. Great customer service and hospitality. Facilities are quite old but well maintained. Food prices are a bit expensive. Breakfast menu variety can still be further improved for customer satisfaction.

Great stay at the Narita Hilton. The shuttle was very easy to find and use once you arrive to Narita. Then next day, the shuttle was full, so the hotel put me up in a taxi, and paid for it! Great service. If you are going to Tokyo for the sights, or nightlife or anything else, I would probably recommend staying more central Tokyo. But if you are just in transit, or are wanting to stay in the Narita area, this a great value for the price.

Great for early morning flights from Narita”
I had a late flight coming from the States and had to spend the night in Tokyo to catch an early morning flight out of Tokyo. The location was great and a short taxi ride to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a large desk and a very very comfortable bed. But be careful of flying in and out of different Tokyo airports if making a same day connection or if flying in late in the evening and out in the early morning. I flew into Haneda late in the evening, the mass transportation was closed and the only option at that time was a US$ 350.00 taxi ride to the Narita airport hotel...

This is a very convenient hotel near Narita Airport. The rooms are bright and well maintained. Its a great location to start at before continuing on to Tokyo or catching an early flight out of Narita. The Hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport and took no more than 10 minutes. The staff was professional and accomodating. The Front desk honored my request for non smoking. Room service is both effecient and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

The staff during our entire stay was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in even upgraded us to late check out (3pm) free of charge as we had a late flight the following day. Lovely large room and bathroom which is very different to most Tokyo hotels. This was our final hotel after 2weeks in Japan and the only downside is that it is really only convenient for quick access to the airport. It's VERY far from Tokyo and the local train system is a nightmare and not like the simple Tokyo Metro at all. In hindsight, we should have just stayed another night in central Tokyo and booked an airport transfer to the airport. The hotel was nice but soooooo many Americans!! Which meant very little Japanese culture exists in this hotel and surrounding area. If you plan to explore Tokyo City, choose a different hotel. However if all you need is quick access to the airport, then its perfect.

Fantastic airport stopover”
After a late booking to fly Auckland to London I had an 18hr stopover in Tokyo. The Hilton Narita was perfect for this. A gym to do some fitness and get active after being on a plane for 12 hours, swimming pool. Amazing buffet food to break up the mundane aero plane offerings! Close to airport could not fault a thing about my stay there. Left feeling refreshed and ready for the final leg of my flight. Definitely has helped having such a good stopover.

great hotel with good services and amenities. there are a lot of selections for breakfast. shuttles to the airport and narita city are convenient but the later shuttle stops at several locations. the rooms are clean. this hotel is close to the airport but far away from tokyo. however it's worthwhile to visit narita city for half a day or so.
