"I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to be in Hiratsuka for their famous annual Tanabata festival. This hotel was right in the middle of all the action. They had no problem holding onto luggage before official check in time and after official check out time. The room was small, but was just fine to sleep in. "

"Hiratsuka itself is not very attractive. I live in Japan and sometimes I come here to go to the beach (15 min walk from the station) In greater Tokyo/Yokohama all budget hotels are small. If you come here with not too much luggage and if you have things to do near Hiratska, it's a perfect place. Don't forget, it's not designed as a Resort Hotel for foreign tourists. "
