HM Hotel Saved Us”

We got turned back at the border and this hotel really helped us when we needed it. We made the booking on the road back to Choluteca, and the owner greeted us as we arrived. He not only gave us directions to where we needed to get a Covid test, he made us an appointment and drove us there. He later drove my wife to show her where to meet the bus to go back to the border the next day. The owner is a good person. His staff are also incredibly kind. The facility itself is extremely clean and safe, with comfortable beds. Because of all of this, we are rating this hotel very high.

Que se sirvan desayunos de lunes a domingo y no solo de lunes a sábado como lo hacen, o por lo menos hacer la advertencia que no hay desayuno los domingos;por otra parte, dejé el hotel a las 9 a.m. y tuve que dejar la llave en la habitación porque no había recepcionista ni guardia con quién dejar la llave.

todo fue una mentira, se pago y después de pagar dicen que no incluye desayuno y que la culpa es de booking pues ellos lo han reportado a la plataforma y está no lo ha actualizado, la habitación no tenía agua caliente, solo hay un grifo y por último hoy salí para hacer mi check out a las 10:40am y la oficina estaba totalmente cerrada con llave y no había seguridad en la entrada o alguien de limpieza hasta que me comunique al número de teléfono salió un huésped de la habitación 1 y dijo que dejara la llave en un muro de concreto. la verdad es que la experiencia terrible; no hubiera querido ni pensar que en la noche unos delincuentes hubieran querido robar pues no existe personal del hotel después de 8pm ni seguridad. por último y no menos importante se pago en efectivo y no se tuvo factura; es decir que todo en ese hotel es raro y un misterio. pues la factura se pidió con RTN y se me dijo que a la salida del hotel; y a la salida no había nadie. ya que era todo desolación
