Good to sleep here, but not eat.”
I enjoyed my stay here because of the area around me, and the stilt house was clean and comfortable, as were the showers. However, we arrived late and were told we could eat with the family, but they overcharged us and wouldn't lower the price. I thought this was a bit rude because we had no choice but to eat with them or go hungry.

Beautiful location”
I booked this hotel as I wanted to visit Mai Chau and there wasn't much choice for accommodation there. As we were only there overnight it was fine. Very basic hotel no frills what so ever, however it was clean and perfect for sightseeing. Used the bikes which were available from the hotel, staff were very helpful.

the hotel is in a perfect and quiet location away from the main touristy area. the staff was attentive and helpful, and they cooked for us fantastic meals. they offer bike trips that are the best way to explore the surrounding area, which is beautiful.

Quaint and very basic ”
Owners speak no English and were not very helpful. When we arrived they didn't have our booking and tried to charge us again. No lockers, if in dorm room there is no where to store/leave your kit. Bathroom facilities were worst I've experienced in Vietnam. No maps of local area or any information on how to move to Hanoi or anywhere else. We hired a scooter - with no fuel - to go exploring and had issues paying for rental minus fuel we didn't use. We liked the area and would visit again but would stay somewhere else. The cheapness of this place is the only good thing about it - oh and the mattress on the floor was comfortable.
