This hotel is a bit outside the city center, but the neighborhood and the people there were among the friendliest I have met. Transportation is very inexpensive, so that wasn't an issue. The room was very nice, although I thought the bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that seems to be more common in this region of the world. Language barrier was overcome with Google Translate. I would recommend it if you're traveling on a budget. Quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants close by.

There was nothing to complain about. However, the reason I could only give 3 stars to the “staff” is the service of an unpolite waitress (or normal employee I’m not sure) at the buffet restaurant in the morning. The food was served to 2 sections, one for nornal hotel customers, and another one for a soccer team ONLY. However, there was no label to specify which beverages on a same table. The waitress suddenly came to me and yelled at me when I was getting a cup of hot water on that table. I apologized and said I didn’t do that on purpose ‘cause there was no label. However, she kept being angry and tetchy to sermonize me. Her behavior was so rude that I couldn’t expect it. Except her, the rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful for what I needed. I especially highly appreciated the receptionists’ hospitality during the time I stayed. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they visit Da Nang.

I have no words to describe over experience in that homestay. Everybody is so open minded and so helpful. Manager Sergiy gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to do (he know really a lot of places ) so if you will stay in that homestay ( you should stay here!!) ask him where to go and he will organize for you the best trip ever ! Nga (owner) she is awesome. So open minded, funny ,all the time creating jokes. U will newer be bored in that homestay 1000%. We chat a lot, had crazy party. For now really miss that place. That experience will be forever in our minds. Our room was so HUGE. Everything super clean. Thank you so much. Hope to see u soon guys !

With a fairly low price, I got most of the basic satisfaction from the hotel. It is quite tidy and every device function well. More importantly, the toilet is clean, the basket which contains shampoo package is not cleared up thoroughly for the last user. Plus, the toilet paper is quite rough actually, and is not refilled when it is used up. One thing to point out is that, the room seems will not be cleaned until you asked to. Regarding to cleanness, the waste with smell easily attracts insect at the room but this may due to the environment of Da Nang itself. Regarding the location,the hotel is really close to the airport with like less than 20mins of distance. However, it is not located at the centre of Da Nang so it may take some time for you to visit the sightseeing spots. The only imperfection at last is that one morning there was a construction conducted on G floor at like 9am which was so loud that woke me up. Overall, this is a considerable choice for your hotel in Da Nang.
